Description of Work: Removed and replaced the drainage system along the perimeter walls at my daughters home in Savage MN. The foreman came in with one employee to do the work. They showed up at the time they would start the work and explained what they were going to do. They hung plastic to make sure that dust from the drilling would not get into the upper living area. They were very considerate of my daughters time and worked as fast and efficiently so they could finish the work timely. I was very impressed with the new drainage system and the clean-up they did before they left the work area. Overall I was satisfied with the quality of the work and the product that they used and will plan on using this company in the future at my own home.

Description of Work: Basement waterproofing. Jesse Trebel is a first class organization all the way, from salesman to office personal to the guys that did the job. Did it work? Minnesota had record rains this year and, although I did get some water in an area I didn't have waterproofed, there was not a drop in the waterproofed area. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Description of Work: They were great. I ended up completely replacing the foundation instead of using their system as the foundation had to be removed completely. The rep was very professional, gave me an honest assessment and followed up with me after we met at least 2 times to see if I had any questions. I would use them again.

 + -1 moreThe basement is like a whole new basement. It is a 100% improvement over how it looked before. The sump pump even worked at one point this winter when we had rain. Not sure if the supports have really helped but hopefully they prevent it from getting worse. There were two options for supporting the corner and we took the less expensive one. In the beginning there were delays with getting the job started due to: rescheduling 3 or 4 times because they had to go back and finish up other jobs and the truck broke down once. Waiting for the job to get started was frustrating in the beginning because I took a couple of days off of work to be there. They also have a long drive from Marshall Mn to get here. Once they were devoted to our job they were prompt and worked very hard. Rick the worker was very pleasant, helpful, easy going and willing to answer questions. He worked hard and was eager to please. Also, the sales person Rick was pleasant, helpful and willing to do whatever to help and answer my questions/concerns.
Description of Work: I had water in the basement esp in the spring with the melting and with the summer rains. The house was built in1912 and has no footings so the house has been settling in one corner. They put in a sump pump, covered over a cistern with cement, put up antimicrobial wall covering all over the walls that deters mold and mildew, repaired/cemented an area in the coal room were the cement was breaking up, put 2 supports in the northwest corner of the basement, removed old cement washtubs (est 300pds), and put what looks like molding, where the floor meet the wall, that is suppose to help with radon gas (it also gives it a finished look).

 + -1 moreRepresentative came out to look at a problem and give us a bid. Very respectful, honest, and punctual. They had to "dig" out a very thick area of concrete about 18" x 10". An unforeseen problem came up with the original crew that was sent out and the father of the company's owner called that night to explain that he would be out the next day around 5:00 to look at the problem. He arrived early for that meeting. I am not sure what the problem was, but he said that he would be back out the next day to fix the leak. He did so and then re-poured cement in the basement - very professional looking job. We have had a couple of very hard rains since and absolutely no more water in the basement to date. Work is guaranteed.

Said basement was not the problem and took me outside to show me the problem was a sinking cement slab angled toward the foundation where water pooled when it rained. Suggested I contact a cement company which I did. I appreciated his honesty which says a lot about this company. It saved me thousands of dollars.

The price was very fair, and a two-man team came and got the drain tile completed in two days. They also were very professional and competent. Overall, Jesse Trebil feels like a small business that values each customer, rather than a large company who is just looking to add another project to their list. I highly recommend.
