Description of Work: Replaced a section of my family room carpet that was soiled by cat urine. The contractor cut out the old carpet and gave me advice on how to treat the subfloor for the smell. I followed his advice. The next day he came and installed new carpet. All went very well. And no more smell.

 + -1 moreDamian did great work. He picked up a roll of carpet that I chose from Menards and delivered it to my 3rd floor apartment. He did a nice job cleaning up in the halls too. English is his second language so we needed to work the details out with his brother translating over the phone. I plan to call him back for the other two bedrooms
