John did a fantastic job. He took care of everything and even accommodated some last minute changes. He was extremely pleasant, responsive, and conscientious to work with. The work was done quickly and turned out great. Knowing that we have two small children, they took down only what railing they could replace that day and made sure everything was secure for the night. He was priced very reasonably and was able to get the work done in a relatively tight timeframe.

This was a 4 month project. We vacated the house.This house was in very bad shape and needed everything, to include eliminating a two furnace system that was old and inefficient. Twin Cities worked with an architect who we hired to do plans and monitor the job. We interviewed John Childs from Twin Cities who had been recommended to us by our architect. We knew right away we were in good hands with Twin Cities.John and Dawn Childs own Twin Cities. They are fantastic to work with. Each of their subs were wonderful to work with. The job started right on time and finished right on time. Our goal was to modernize the inside of the home, have a modern look, and work efficiently just like a new house. We wanted the inside to be esthetically pleasing and make us want to stay there. We wanted the outside of the home upgraded but we did not want to change the character of the home on the outside so that it continued to fit in our middle class neighborhood. Twin Cities did a wonderful job for us. The work far exceeded our expectations. We have a modern, esthetically pleasing, efficient home in the neighborhood we have always loved. Throughout the job we continued to be absolutely amazed by the wonderful work and progress on the house. Now we love to simply sit in the house and enjoy everything Twin Cities did for us. Dealing with John and Dawn was a great experience for us. They answered all our questions, checked with us regularly, and were totally responsive to us all the way through the project. Our experience with Twin Cities Remodeling was a wonderful one. We will always be gratrateful to Twin Cities for giving us the home we dreamed about.

We liked everything they did. The quality of the work and their subcontractors was excellent. Their punctuality was always perfect which was appreciated.

This is a family owned business that believes in and delivers quality work. I have used them in the past to remodel my bathroom and it was outstanding. When I deceided to remodel my kitchen, John was the first person I called. My kitchen was an early 1960's style. After getting the estimate I went looking for ready made caibinets, finding nothing I liked, John suggested I consider custom made that way I would get what I wanted and they would fit correctly. In additin they wouldn't cost much more than ready made. I took his advice and used the cabinet maker he subcontracted with. Everyone John uses does excellent work. The person that did the hardwood floors had to match some existing flooring and you can't tell the difference. My kitchen and wood floors are beautiful. I am now having them remodel my basement. As always the work is done in such a way that is minimally disruptive to you life. After they have finished for the day they always clean up, you would hardly know they were there. Twin Cities Remodeling does quality work and does not take any short cuts to get by. Everyone is friendly and goes above and beyond. I believe in "you get what you pay for" and quality work is what you get from Twin Cities Remodeling. I will continue to use them and won't boher to look elsewhere.

Great job, very professional and prompt

I would highly recommend them. Their estimates were right on and there was nothing unexpected. The work was outstanding, and when I would come from work, it was like they hadn't even been here because they did such a wonderful job at clean up. They were great. You would think that it would be a nightmare with a big project like that but it really wasn't since they made it very easy. Their sub-contractors were very good too. We had wood flooring in part of the house but not in the other parts, so the flooring sub-contractor had to match the old flooring and did a perfect job. You can't even tell that it is separate. They also do follow-up, and if you find anything later, they come out and take care of it. I do plan on having them back out to do some more additional work in another part of the house because they have done such a great job.

John and Dawn Childs were excellent to work with. Having never done this kind of thing before John gave me excellent advice all along the way. When I would come home from work it looked like no one had ever been there because each day they were very thorough in the clean up. I have received numerouse compliments on the finished bathroom. They are now working on the remodeling of my kitchen.

This remodeling project was a huge undertaking and I could not have asked for a better contractor than Twin Cities Remodeling. The work they performed was top-notch quality and the project was completed on time and on budget. John and Dawn were so great to work with. They were very responsive, patient, and detail oriented. It's very important to have people you can trust with a project this big, and I could not have asked for a better experience. During the time they worked on my house, they became like part of the family. Since the completion of the project I have had them back to address several minor issues. They continue to be as responsive as the first day I began working with them. I highly recommend Twin Cities Remodeling.
