Trowbridge Plumbing did a great job replacing my power vented hot water heater. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they put down protective coverings the entire way from my entry door all the way into my utility room. They even swept and cleaned the area under my old water heater before installing the new one. They were very efficient, finishing the entire job in just an hour. Trowbridge Plumbing gave me the most competitive bid over the phone and they didn't try to add additional charges when on site doing the work. I will definitely call them for my next plumbing job and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work at an affordable price.

Mike at Trowbridge Plumbing is very competent and professional. I needed a new water heater. He asked many relevant questions and had me send photos of the existing unit (which was short) and the existing vent pipes. He managed to install a slightly larger unit (50 gal) within the space limitations I had in the utility room. They did a great job and remarkably within 24 hours of when I initiated an inquiry at a very fair and competitive price. They also were very clean and put down protective coverings in our entry way and all the carpeted steps leading down to the utility room. I would definitely call again.

I have had Mike do several projects for me over the years. He has always been efficient and timely as well as reasonable in pricing. This last time he installed a new outdoor faucet and ran a new gas line into my kitchen as I have changed to a gas range. The pipe needed to be moved as the stove could not be pushed back against the wall and he came over in a few days and fixed the issue. I will happily continue to use him for all my plumbing issues .

Quick service. Gave discount for flexible timing. Only concern is the he and his helper did not wear face masks in my home. That seemed strange in this time of the virus with masks being required in most businesses

Just as in previous reviews, both Mike and Eric were ON TIME, knew what they wanted to do and went about it as a good team and completed the outdoor faucet replacements efficiently. After looking for the reported non-hazardous gas leak and not finding one we agreed they can't fix what they can't find.

Mike was very responsive. He was efficient in doing the job and reasonably priced. He took the time to come check out the project prior to doing it to ensure that he had everything. We would hire him again.

Both Mike and Eric were great to work with. I contacted quite a few plumbers for a bid to upgrade a basement half bath into a full bath, and Trowbridge came back with an extremely fair price. They left everything cleaner than they found it, we're very communicative, and did a great job. I would 100% hire again for future projects!
