Mike gave a same day free estimate and was very reasonably priced. The install went as planned and he had some excellent suggestions. He will be the only plumber we use from now on, 6+ Stars!!

The owner Mike responded within the first 1/2 hour of logging the request, he asked all the right questions to properly fit my system and gave me a reasonable quote explaining precisely how he was going to proceed. The installation day came and he was right on time then removed the old water heater and installed the new one. The installation was very nice looking, much better than my last installer had done. I would recommend Trowbridge for any plumbing needs! Great job!

Communication prior to coming to our house was great! They laid down tarps everywhere they would be walking and working. The work was performed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. i would hired them again without hesitation.

The guys were very friendly and professional. They protected my floors with dropcloths leading to the bathroom. The quoted price was free and accurate and the service outstanding. I would give them a recommendation to anyone that asks me about a plumbing job!!

Very friendly, quick response by phone and made a trip to our home to check out the water heater. We were able to get the water heater working again, I will need a part replacement in the next couple of months. No charge for the visit. I'll definitely call Trowbridge for the repair when I schedule it.

Put down drop cloths everywhere to protect floors and carpet.

Showed up on-time and completed the job in about 1 - 2 hours. Fee was higher than expected but there were additional issues once he was on-site to diagnose the situation. I will definitely use him again.

I was very impressed with Mike's team. I added a small additional job to the original disposal installation they were there for. They completed both jobs in a short amount of time and did an excellent job. Highly recommend their service and prices.
