Mike is great. We ran into a problem that wasn't originally determined and he immediately came up with a solution. He worked directly with the city to make sure we were in compliance and did a great job. He rectified any issues and I would hire him again.

Mike was fantastic! He took the time to listen to what the issues were and instead of diagnosing over the phone, he came to our place of residience and did an on-site diagnostic for us at no charge to be certain of the problem we were facing. In doing this he was able to rule out 1/2 the problem without charging us unnecessary labor and parts costs and not complete an unncessary repair. Mike Trowbridge was great to work with. I needed handicapped fixtures and Mike researched what the ADA (American with Disabilities Act) plumbing requirements were. He met with met me to make sure he understood exactly what I needed. He installed the new toilets and grab bars and did not leave a mess. He kept me updated during the entire process. He was awesome to work with. I will definitely call him for my next plumbing issue!

This company did an awsome job. We are a commercial site and we needed this done quickly and without interrupting business. He had it fixed within 2o minutes. The price was very reasonable.
