Excellent customer service: On-time for bid meeting, answered all calls either immediately or same day, answered all questions to your satisfaction. Did exactly what we asked for design of the deck. Another example: they broke our watering wand off our hose, apologized, and replaced it without being asked. Always on time during construction. Very professional in talking with us - not slick salesmen, and they knew what they were talking about. The "sales guy" who came out for the bid also helped build the deck. Excellent value: lowest bid of 3 companies by a significant amount, as well as the most professional. Quality workmanship: Project lasted exactly how long it was estimated- what seemed like a reasonable amount of time. Don't remember how long exactly. The deck, 5 years on is rock solid. The house will probably fall down first. Place was well-cleaned Misc: We did demo and staining so that saved us some $. They never tried to up-sell us or talk us into anything. Would highly recommend Raelyn Builders and would use them again without hesitation.
