 + -1 moreI THINK HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WE DISCUSSED EVERYTHING BEFORE HE DID IT AND HE DID WHAT I WANTED. I AM A VERY FUSSY PERSON (I ACTUALLY DO MOST OF MY OWN WORK BECAUSE I KNOW IT WILL GET DONE RIGHT). HE PUT IN THE FRAMEWORK FOR THE SIDEWALK PRIOR TO INSTALLING THE SIDEWALK, AND IT RAINED BEFORE HE WAS ABLE TO POUR THE CONCRETE WHICH CAUSED THE FRAMEWORK TO WARP. IT IS A 60 FT. SIDEWALK AND I MENTIONED AFTER HE POURED THE CONCRETE THAT IT WAS A LITTLE WAVY. WITHOUT MY ASKING, HE TORE IT OUT AND RE-DID IT AND DID NOT CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR THE RE-DONE WORK. THINGS WERE DELAYED BY THE WEATHER AND HE WAS GOOD ABOUT NOTIFYING ME OF THE SCHEDULE. IT WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH HIM. I HAD THREE ESTIMATES AND HE WAS ANYWHERE BETWEEN $800-$1000 LESS THAN THE OTHER QUOTES. I'D GIVE HIM AN A+ IN PRICING IF I COULD.
