+ -1 moreThe shingled roof was done okay however it took a long time to complete. Truthfully the flat roof was not done to code or warranty standards. We happened by chance to be there when the inspector showed up (we were not notified that they were told the roof was done). We asked the inspector to inspect a few things on the roof (to our surprise a typical inspection happens from street level). He agreed the job was lacking and didn't pass the inspection. For numerous reasons we released the contract and received our money back. Our job was clearly too big of a project and they did not have the expertise for the flat roof (we asked all the right questions up front).
Description of Work: Complete tear off and replacement of shingled and flat roof.
