I have been using Laura for a long time (10+ years) and she continues to provide excellent service. She has cleaned for me when I lived in a house and when I lived in apartments. She is Pet friendly (even a large Pit Bull/Black Lab Mix). She is proactive and will occasionally notice something and just do it, i.e. she cleaned my refrigerator shelves today. She always seems to work around any junk and is good at stacking it so I can go through it and she can clean around it. Laura has always had full access to my Home/Apartment. Security is NOT an issue and I have never even suspected anything. Laura has worked for me in St Louis Park, Hopkins, and now Plymouth. I know she has clients in Edina and Minnetonka. She brings her own rags, mops, vacuum, etc.. I supply the pledge, soft scrub, toilet cleaner etc.. Laura is always punctual and arrives on time ready to work. She works quickly and efficiently. The bathrooms always sparkle and shine when she is done. The dusting and vacuuming is flawless. The kitchen sink and counter are spotless and the floors are mopped. She changes all the bed linen and puts the dirty items in the washing machine and dryer. She will even throw in some non-linen items if needed and get them in the washing machine. Bottom line, I would recommend Laura to anyone who is looking forward to keeping their house clean without touching a rag or the mop.
