Excellent response time. Thorough explanation of product and training methods. Fantastic product! Our dog was trained very quickly following installer/trainer's instructions. We are assured of follow-up service/maintenance if needed. Our daughter also has Dog Guard installed and our dogs can use their collars in both yards safely. We highly recommend this company!
