Description of Work: Came out right away for initial review for a bid. Noted some interesting ideas of what to do. Promised variations on the layout, which we never received. Called a few weeks later with a verbal bid of $45,000. Thought it was a bit high and requested a line item quote to know what we could handle ourselves and never heard from him again.
