+ 0 moreHe was excellent! He went above and beyond our expectation. Everything was done neatly and materials were put away nicely. The price was also excellent.
Description of Work: He replaced a fascia board on our house, because we had a squirrel problem. He also put heater tapes of on the roof.

+ -1 moreCalled Tom when we had an emergency leak on the sunroof. He was out there within a day to put a blue tarp on it. Then he replaced the roof. We called him back a month later to do the main roof on the house as well. He does the work himself, and he is a real craftsman and a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: Tom replaced a "rubber" flat roof on our sunporch. Then he also did the main roof on the house.

Description of Work: Primary contractor for our remodel-buildout kitchen/bath project. Very skilled in a wide variety of areas: framing, window installation, roofing, hardwood floor & tile installation, finish carpentry & cabinet installation.
