South Of The River Carpet Cleaning

It was difficult to reach them by phone to set up the work. Then it was difficult to arrange a time that was good for both of us. Finallly time was running out before my daughter's party so we arranged for them to come the day before the party. But that was nothing compared to the "carpet cleaning". Their machine was just like a large wetvac, I at least expected it to be mounted in their van. They cleaned the three areas, after I (stupidly) agreed to spot pre-treating, scoth-guarding, odor protection and stair cleaning at $10 a stair. I naively (ok, stupidly) spent WAY too much money to end up with: - stairs that looked like they hadn't been cleaned - spots that remained on the carpet after drying - rust spots on the carpet from their "wet vac" - a very very soggy carpet for about a week.

I purchased a Groupon for $85 which was to cover 10 areas of carpet cleaning. I called the day before our appointment to confirm the time. I had scheduled the appointment 2 months prior for a 10am-12pm time slot. I was told to call back the next day if I did not hear back from him before 10am (highly unprofessional). I called him at 10:15am at which time he told me he couldnt find my invoice and that he had other places to be before our home. They didn't show up until 2:30pm (4.5 hours late). He walked around on our carpets with his shoes on (even after the "cleaning" was over). He told us that we needed to get the Scotchguard and pre-treaments done which was $20 extra per area. They spent 35 minutes on our 2,000 square foot home ... the stains are still there and the high traffic areas are not even remotely clean. We ended up writing a check for $216 (on top of our $85 groupon) for what we shouldn't have had to pay more than what the Groupon paid for ... what was the Groupon even for then? I feel extremely scammed by this company and we have dirty carpets to prove it. I will never be using this company again and HIGHLY recommend getting your Groupon $$ back if you purchased one for this company. Very unprofessional and discourtious.

I was running behind trying to get everything done before my family arrived and I wasn't for sure if I could fit in getting the carpets cleaned.... they were REALLY DIRTY. I called the company and they came out the very next day! He arrived a little early and I told him exactly what to clean..... two bedrooms, the hallway, living room, dining room, and the sliding glass door track plus I still had many errands to finish. I left and when I came back the carpets looked NEW!! I couldn't have been more happier plus the cost was VERY reasonable!! More importantly, I can breathe better!!

Foster was very pleasant to deal with, he was prompt, courteous, his price was very fair, he did not add any charges once he got here (in spite of major stains on some carpets)and he was very fast. The results were exceptionally good, he got virtually all the stains out of the carpets. We have had puppies for the past year and the carpet showed the signs of house training, vomit, muddy paws, etc. I would highly recommend Foster and his company.

Health & Beauty was right on time and very thorough. They explained everything in detail, and did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with our clean carpet.
