+ -1 moreThe estimate was with in the range i expected. He was very personable and listened to what I wanted done. When he was out I showed him the tree, it is a dead tree. So that was going to come down and asked about some other tree limbs removed. He definitely know what he is doing, and explained that to me. Some people say they know what they are doing and top a tree which is not good for the tree. Pruning it is better. Our association hired some one to trim trees but they just topped the trees. He is professional and super nice.
Description of Work: They gave me an estimate for tree removal.

+ -1 moreNEVER AGAIN. After 3 months with no contact and no work done, I completely gave up on these people.
Description of Work: I needed a large brush pile removed. The company made a bid on the work and then vanished for 3 months! I called them once and was handed a lame excuse about it being to wet to run their truck over my yard. During the 3 months they never once called me. I was forced to hire a different tree service, they kept in contact, did the work with no whining about my yard being too wet and did the work for the contracted price.

Description of Work: We have used Roggenbuch several times in the past and have always been extremely happy with the work. We live on a heavily wooded lot and have used them for tree trimming, tree removal, storm damage, etc. They are very careful and their clean up far exceeds standards. What has impressed me the most, over and above many tree services, is that they truly know what's best for the particular species of tree and, for example, won't cut a tree if it's the wrong time in the season. A lot of other tree services I've talked to seem to be just 'hacks' looking for a quick dollar. I will always use Roggenbuch. They are particularly good with trees close to the house or other structures - really trust their work.

+ -1 moreThey are licensed in city of Lakeville. Gave me an estimate. We said "go ahead" and within the week it was done. Very reasonable and excellent service. Since it was a while ago, I do not remember the details. We would use them again.

+ -1 moreHe came with the right equipment as he needed to us a bobcat and cables. He was very knowledgeable and knew how to cut the tree so it did not fall on my house. He also knew how to cut it so it did not damage any other trees. He arrived at the time he said he would.

+ -1 moreHIGHLY RECOMMEND - MIKE, THE OWNER, WAS RESPONSIVE AND NICE TO WORK WITH. HE AND HIS CREW, ALONG WITH ALL OF THEIR EQUIPMENT, SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DID A GREAT JOB. I CONTACTED OTHER COMPANIES AND MIKE WAS BY FAR THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, EASIEST TO WORK WITH, AND PRICED MOST FAIRLY FOR THE WORK PERFORMED.
Description of Work: AFTER A STORM 1/3 OF A 100 FT COTTONWOOD TREE FELL IN OUR YARD. MIKE REMOVED THE TREE, TRIMMED THE TREE TO MAKE IT LOOK NORMAL, TRIMMED SEVERAL OTHER TREES AND INSTALLED CABLES TO PREVENT ANY OF THE OTHER TREES FROM FALLING.
