Quick turnaround time for a bed, it came out the next day and did the job, and really was a pleasure to work with the fellas at this company

Aleksey and Vladimir were awesome to work with. I really wanted to get the tile done in my bathroom soon and in 1 day we made a plan and a schedule to get it done. Vladimir is a very hard worker and very skilled, I'd definitely recommend using North Point Services to anyone.

Complete master bath. Project required a high level attention to detail and all aspects were thoughtfully considered and well executed. I was especially pleased that they suggested a slight modification in shower knee wall height to be more compatible with tile dimensions and layout. NPS was able to keep schedule moving with a sheet rock repair and also promptly resolved an unexpected plumbing issue.

Aleksey was professional, punctual and did excellent work. He regrouted a tub enclosure and removed and replaced two tub/wall seals that look great. He will be my first call when the next tile project comes up.

Great responsiveness and communication, professional work, and the results were very good. We had them remove the grout in a basement shower and replace it, acid wash the shower floor, and re-caulk the whole shower. He even gave us a tube of the caulk so we could use it in other areas of the bathroom if desired! Very satisfied!

They removed the backsplash and put in new tile, all within four hours. The charge for the work was very fair. They did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them.

As this is a, "time will tell" job, we'll update as to how well this job endures the test of time. With two previous contractors, we barely got a year out of the repair before the grout started to fall out. Again, we'll advise.

We were on a time crunch and he made a special effort to show up quickly. The bath looks wonderful with the new tile on the walls and floor. Aleksey showed up on time always, kept the place clean and finished in a timely manner. Would definitely hire again.

He did an excellent job on six different projects and he had to match three different colors. He was on time, explained everything and had me do a walk through to make sure I was happy. He did a quality job for a great price. I highly recommend North Point Service.
