Description of Work: Aleksey installed a beautiful kitchen backsplash combining commercial and handmade tile that I had found. He very enthusiastically and artistically placed the tiles in a design that was so much better than what I could have come up with. He is a true artist and very fun to work with. I highly recommend his work.

Description of Work: Alexsey installed a new back splash with glass tiles behind our new countertops and copper tiles behind the cooktop. His work was excellent - precisely done, he had great suggestions on how to make it better, he was punctual and responsive. I contacted several providers and some just gave me an estimate over the phone. Alexsey came out, reviewed the job, asked lots of questions, made good suggestions, then gave me a reasonable estimate for the work. I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing, and how he was charging so there would not be any surprises. The others I contacted were only going to "fit it in" when they didn't have other big projects. I liked that even though it was a small job, he took it seriously. I will definitely use him again on future projects. It looks fabulous and really pulls the kitchen together.

Description of Work: I had a tile backsplash installed in my kitchen. The job was done beautifully. The installer arrived on time and was very helpful in making decisions. He left my kitchen cleaner than it was when he started. Great job and great attitude.

Description of Work: They put in a tile backsplash in our kitchen and regrouted an existing tile backsplash around the stove. It was fantastic! Prompt and professional. Very happy with the entire experience. |We will have Northpoint come back when we update our master bathroom.

Description of Work: He fixed some brick work on my planter. What really impressed me was his integrety and honesty as he explained why he could only do cosmetic repairs.He finished the work early and then did unglamorous things like cleaning the light fixtues in my kitchen and dining room, doing touch up paint in my bathroom,moving 20 bags of mulch etc. Not only does he do great work he is ethical and works!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for "a general contractor for a day". As it turns out "general contractor" was limited to tile work exclusively. I didn't need that so am getting a refund on the big deal which I considered very misleading.
