Alexey responded on a short notice and came to my condo to provide an estimate for bathroom and kitchen repairs. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. I ended up going with another company because of timeline and project management reasons.

It went great. He stopped by to survey the area and the job and we talked about the supplies we needed. I scheduled a 2nd visit on a Monday but had to postpone on somewhat short notice because we did not have all the tile we needed for the job (this was my mistake). He was OK with it. I was able to reschedule a few weeks later when we had all our supplies and all our carpentry prep work done, and he did the work in one day as promised. He listened to our ideas and offered his own suggestions but was fine with meeting an unusual bullnose tile requirement. I don't know that it was the least expensive option but I'm willing to pay more for less hassle and they came through with *very* good work. He does have a deal with The Tile Store where you can get a discount if you show them his business card. I strongly recommend them.

Arrived on time and took 20" to tell me what he could not do- asked he do what he could . The color of gout did not match existing so looks terrible. I had purchased 3 hours of labor and left for a bit. He left a voice mail after working 2hrs and said he was he was done and leaving - very poor job and shorted on the time too.

We had our bathroom remodeled 7 years ago by another contractor. We had problems with the tile lifting within 2 years of completing the project. I had Aleksey of North Point Services come out and assess the problem. He was able to repair the floor without a complete demo of the shower. I had additional contractors come out and assess the problem, and they were wanting to tear out the complete shower. As Aleksey had predicted, the tile he had to take out was installed incorrectly and that was the reason it was lifting.

We purchased tiling services from North Point Services through a Big Deal on Angie's List for $499. I am very pleased with the results of this project, and the process. Aleksey arrived promptly at 8am, and we went to Home Depot to pick up the tile then to Menards to get the supplies. (My husband and I had previously gone to the stores to pick out the tile -- we decided on one that was more expensive than the allowance in the Big Deal, which is why the final cost was $650.) Aleksey had the entire project finished and cleaned up before 1pm. I would definitely recommend North Point to anyone looking to do a tiling project.

They were good. I liked the workmanship a lot.

Aleksey did a terrific job. We had him install glass tile with a deco glass and porclein accent incorporated into the design. He has a good eye and offered suggestions that, in the end, really improved the results. His attention to detail is evident in his work. He excels at his craft. I took some photos and was hoping to post 2 photos with the review but I can't figure out how to do this.

Aleksey was great to work with. He came out for an estimate the day that I contacted him. Gave me his professional opinion on what should be done for my shower along with a handful of other options. He was very responsive to both text and email. Day of service he walked me through what was going to be done and showed me the product he was using. When he was done the shower looked great and the work area was cleaned. Was very professional the through the whole process. Would highly recommend.

It went well. It took about 8 hours to complete. The quality was great and they called about a week later to make sure I was happy with the job. I will used them again. Very happy with the work.

Aleksey is very easy to work with. He show up on time and very professional. Within a day, we have a nice tile in the kitchen. Could not have been more pleased with the whole transaction and results!

Aleksay worked fast, and was able to correct a problem that came up because a few of the floor tiles were chipped. He removed the broken ones, cut, and laid in new tiles. On the backsplash he made recommendations that gave us a very professional final look to the project. He was able to advise us about how the grout color and tile texture would look when finished, giving us a chance to adapt the design. On this project the cost is not visible to us because he was working through a contractor. However on the solution to the radiator cover, his cost was fair and his ideas good about how to do it. The final product looks good.

I called the service provider after purchasing the Big Deal to schedule appointment time. I spoke with Alexey and he was very informative about the different options that were available, about tiling, and spoke for about 15 minutes. He took his time explaining everything. I did end up deciding to put this project on hold, and to schedule it at a later date.

Lexi arrived on time, completed the tile and grout and replaced fixtures in a day. A great job! I love my new tile.

Eleksey was great! He knew my plan was to redo the bathroom in a few years so he gave me options from simply regrouting to redoing the entire shower and explained the pros and cons with each option. He was flexible with scheduling and easy to work with. He did a great job and I will use him again when I am at the point to remodel the entire bathroom.

Aleksey was extremely easy to work with and we are very pleased with the end product. He was responsive, flexible and highly qualified. The only small issue was in planning. The service included him first coming to measure the kitchen, then pick out the tile and finally install all in one day. However, the tile we picked out was not in stock so we had to go to several different locations. Aleksey was very accommodating and ended up having to come back a second day because it took longer than expected, but it would have helped to handle the materials ahead of the appointment. Overall this was a great experience. We have another project in mind and I would not hesitate to use him again, highly recommend!

NPS is a professional contractor. The project was done well and on time. Will definitely contract with NPS again.

When the bathroom tile did not arrive on time he worked on a Saturday to keep us on schedule. The bathroom floor tile is the highlight of our remodel. The main floor had a bump that he flatted making the final carpeted floor much more finished looking.

I had Aleksey come by and do the kitchen backsplash for me. He was great right from the start ! He quickly accommodated the work around my schedule. He came and did the back-splash within a day for an area of about 30sq feet. He was courteous, did all teh work diligently and cleaned everything up in the kitchen after he was done. I provided the materials for him and he covered $50 worth of tiles based on the big deal. I would highly recommend power grout as it lasts more longer and there is no need to seal anything.

Within a day or two of buying this "deal" on Angie's List, an appointment was scheduled and the work was done that day. Could not have been more pleased with the whole transaction and results!

We had a bit of a scheduling snafu but we worked it out. He arrived on time and we went to Home Depot and Menard's to pick out tile. He installed it and left while it was drying. He came back about an hour later to apply the grout. Looks wonderful!! I should have asked more questions up front. I was a bit surprised that we were going tile shopping.

Aleksy did a fantastic job!! A few weeks ago we contemplated doing the tile job ourselvees to save $ but now that I see the beautiful work, no regrets! There is no way our self-project would have turned out this nice! He was efficient, timely, and very personable. He worked all day and was so, so meticulous! I would definitely recommend his business in a heartbeat!

Where do I begin ! ! OMG I love my new kitchen backsplash ! ! Aleksey could not have been more helpful with this project. He arrived right on time bright and early on Saturday morning. I thought he was just coming to measure, show me samples and schedule installation. NO......He came and measured, then said "let's go shopping" ! ! We went to 3 different stores to check out what was out there as I had no clue what I wanted or should be looking for. Aleksey found what he thought would go with my kitchen cabinet and countertops. Well, he hit a homerun. We returned home and he immediately got to work and was finished in about 4 1/2 hours with everything including clean up ! ! He did a FANTASTIC JOB and I have showed pictures to friends and they just love it as well. How shocking it is these days to get FANTASTIC service and results on home repair or remodeling. Aleksey who owns North Point Services exceeded my expectations. He was amazingly nice, did a wonderful job, was on time, cleaned up well, everything you could ask from someone working on your house! I got bids from him for a few more areas that I want tiled or retiled, I won't even get bids from other companies, I'll just call Aleksey when I'm ready to proceed.

Did an excellent job on all parts of the job. Also, there was a door stopper that was not re-installed and I called on Sunday and he had it fixed by 1pm on Monday. Very responsive provider and does good work inside the home. Would definitely use again. Have no complaints and was overall very satisfied with the responsiveness, no price changes, good communication, and solid craftsmanship on the installation.
