Very polite, friendly, keeping you posted on every step (when supplies are coming, when the work will begin etc), very neat about all unused lumber, scraps etc. I was very happy with each aspect og the deck building. There was no high pressure done through the whol process. If I had to build another deck I would definitely hire Minnesota Conctruction again. In fact I would recommend a higher rating - they are the best.
