Jeff was great to work with. He was easy to reach and prompt in calling me back after I left a message. He did the work on time as promised at the estimated price.

Date of original work had to be postponed due to complications with the installation. Lakeville Plumbing was okay with that. However, when new date for installation was established approximately two weeks later, Lakeville Plumbing repeatedly failed to return calls. Eventually, another plumber had to be found on short notice.

Jeff was very neat and very helpful.

It turned out to be less than I thought so they only charged the minimum.

Jeff personally answered the phone and set up an appointment immediately and quoted a price for the work based on a description of the problem. Due to his schedule we had to wait a couple of days, but, as this was not an emergency, this was not an issue. He called prior to the originally scheduled appointment and was actually able to fit us in a day earlier than promised. He arrived during the scheduled timeframe, took a look at the leak, and performed the repair (removing the toilet and replacing the wax ring). He then reinstalled the toilet and recaulked around the base. I had an unrelated question about an outside faucet which he graciously took the time to look at and give some advice on. He finished the work quickly, cleaned up after himself, and left the work area in great shape. I would absolutely call him again for any plumbing repairs.

Did not actually perform work. I needed a different kind of service and Jim was very helpful in directing me to a different company.

I was extremely impressed with the prompt response to my request for a service call. I called and he was leaving another job and said he could be at my home in 30 minutes. He arrived on time, the cost was a bit less than the phone estimate, and he saved us money by using a part (support bracket) from the old garbage disposal.

Excellent experience! We had tried to replace the faucet ourselves several times over the last week and just couldn't get it done. While three grown men stood in my kitchen last night debating next steps for replacing the faucet, I looked for plumbers on Angie's list and found Lakeville Plumbing. I called and got Jeff (I was amazed to get someone in person!. Jeff said he could come over early in the morning to help us out. He reviewed the cost with me on the phone, breaking down the various costs. Jeff was at my door right on time this morning and had the job done within 30 minutes - ahead of the time he quoted. The cost was also less than he quoted on the phone (because the job was quicker). We would call Jeff anytime.

Workman was prompt, very nice and cleaned up after his work. The price was fair and I would hire this company again.

Outstanding service. He showed up on time as scheduled. He performed the work with attention to quality, and although he did have to leave for a few minutes to get another part he was missing, he was prompt in returning to complete the work. I would definitely use him again!

I had a very positive experience. I especially appreciated that Jeff took the time to explain in detailed steps what I needed to do every fall and spring to make sure that these pipes don't burst in the future.

Jeff was on time, polite, efficient and reasonably priced.

He came the day we called. He was very polite, professional, and attentive. He has a good personality and is an excellent plumber.

I called on very short notice and explained the issue. I was quoted a price. I asked how soon they could come. Jeff said they could be there in 1 hour. He was there within the promised hour, did excellent work replacing the shut-offs and charged the exact price quoted. Jeff was very personable and easy to do business with. I will definately use Lakeville Plumbing agin should the need arise.

Jeff did the plumbing work for a sprinkler system we were having installed by another company. He was running late the morning of the appointment, and called to let me know when he would be there. He did quick work and cleaned up after himself, and was very polite. We didn't pay for his services separately, so I can't comment on his prices.

Jeff was fantastic! He arrived on time and was very professional. He also was very nice about instructing me how to properly prepare the spigots for the winter. He was very reasonably priced, and the quote he gave me over the phone was exactly what I was charged. He'll be the first phone call I make when I have a plumbing problem.

CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGE WITH A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK I NEEDED. I LEFT TWO PHONE NUMBERS AND NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK.

OUTSTANDING! JEFF ANSWERED EACH TIME I CALLED, AND WALKED THROUGH WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HOWEVER, WHAT APPEARED SIMPLE OVER THE PHONE, ENDED UP NOT BEING SO SIMPLE! POOR JEFF, HE THOUGHT HE MIGHT HAVE MESSED SOMETHING UP, BUT WORRIED NEEDLESSLY. CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AFTER A CONSULT WITH A COLLEAGUE, AND FIXED THE LEAK. A GOOD AND HONORABLE MAN WHO STUCK TO THE ORIGINAL QUOTE.

WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH JEFF'S WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM. WHEN WE INITIALLY CALLED HIM, HE SEEMED TO HAVE A BUSY SCHEDULE, YET FOUND THE TIME TO SQUEEZE US IN THAT DAY. FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. WE HAVE SOME OTHER PLUMBING ISSUES, AND PLAN TO CALL LAKEVILLE PLUMBING AGAIN.

CALLED AT 6:00 P.M. TO SET UP APPOINTMENT TO REPLACE A LEAKY OUTDOOR FAUCET. JEFF SAID HE WAS DONE WITH HIS LAST JOB AND COULD BE HERE IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES. HE WAS. HE TOOK THE ESTIMATED 30 MINUTES TO REPLACE THE SPIGOT AND HAD GOOD PLUMBING ADVICE. ALSO GAVE ME A QUOTE ON FINISHING A BASEMENT BATH.

I INITIALLY LEFT A MESSAGE AND JEFF QUICKLY RETURNED MY CALL. HE CAME OUT A FEW DAYS LATER ON TIME. HE ASSESSED THE PROBLEM BUT SINCE THERE WERE OBSTACLES AND IT WOULD REQUIRE EXTRA TIME, HE SAID HE'D NEED TO COME BACK. HE CAME BACK A WEEK LATER AFTER WE MOVED THE TV/STEREO. HE CUT A HOLE IN THE CEILING OF OUR BASEMENT WE HAD JUST COMPLETED REMODELING 6 MONTHS EARLIER. THIS PRESENTED A NEW PROBLEM AS A JOIST BLOCKED HIS VIEW AND THE PIPES TURNED RIGHT AND LEFT BEHIND THE JOIST TO THE OUTSIDE WALL. HE WAS GOING TO HAVE TO RELOCATE THE FAUCET AND WE HAD 3 CHOICES. I NEEDED TO DISCUSS WITH MY HUSBAND, SO HE SCHEDULED TO COME BACK ONE WEEK LATER. ON THE THIRD VISIT HE COMPLETED THE JOB IN ONE HOUR. HE WAS GOOD ABOUT CALLING ONCE WHEN DELAYED OTHERWISE ARRIVED ON TIME OR EARLY. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. HE DID, HOWEVER, SMUDGE THE FRESHLY PAINTED WALLS WITH SOILED HANDS OR TOOLS. I DIDN'T PRESS HIM, BUT I DID THINK HE COULD HAVE SCHEDULED HIS RETURN VISITS SOONER.

WE CALLED LAKEVILLE PLUMBING AND LEFT A MESSAGE TO CONTACT US. AFTER 5 DAYS WE HAD NOT RECEIVED A CALL SO WE CALLED BACK. AN ESTIMATE APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED. HE HAD TO CANCEL THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT AND TOLD US THAT HE WOULD COME OUT THE NEXT DAY, BUT WOULD CALL FIRST TO CONFIRM. WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. WE DON'T FEEL HE NEEDED THE BUSINESS ENOUGH FOR US TO BE IMPORTANT TO HIM.

JEFF DID A SUPERB JOB AND WAS REASONABLY PRICED. THE FEE MOSTLY COVERED PARTS, AND I FELT THAT HIS LABOR CHARGES WERE REASONABLE. WE HAVE SINCE HIRED HIM AGAIN AND HAD ANOTHER GREAT SUCCESS. I RECOMMEND LAKEVILLE PLUMBING.
