I randomly called an office close to where we were looking for a townhome. I was so fortunate to have my call transferred to Dyana. I told her that we had one weekend to find a single level townhome. She made several excellent suggestions that helped us make a good decision. She was unavailable one day due to a graduation, but arranged for an assistant to help us (he did a great job as well). She spent the next day with us. She was very patient with my in-laws and a complete professional. She stayed on top of everything throughout and after the closing. She even had change of address cards made with a photo of the property. She followed up with everyone involved. I've dealt with many real estate agents over the years, and Dyana was the best!
