Work went ok, 40 days later pipes came apart and flooded kitchen floor. Willing to come by and fix problem would charge $195.00. Only guarantee work for 30 days. BUYER BEWARE!

The fix was quick and done very professionally. I did not experience any more leaks.

I called because the main line from our house to the street needed to be cleared out. I called many plumbers but non of them responded. I then came across Drain Pro Plumbing and a guy named Brandon answered on the second ring! He told me a tech named Shane would be calling me when he was heading out. Sure enough Shane called and was at my house in 20 minutes. Shane was friendly, polite and professional. He had the problem fixed quickly and at the agreed upon cost. He even cleaned up the water that had collected! I would highly recommend this company and if they want to use me as a reference, they know my number.

I had a leaky trap in my kitchen sink and the leaking part was apparently a rare one that no store recognized or carried. So I needed to hire a plumber to assess the situation and fix it somehow. I received a visit from a different plumber who concluded extensive in-wall pipe replacement was needed to fix the problem. I needed a second opinion so I asked Drain Pro to see what they could do. I sent pictures in advance so the plumber from Drain Pro would understand the situation. When the Drain Pro plumber arrived, he confidently told me that he'd reviewed the pictures and knew exactly what needed to be done. He got down to work and in less than 20 minutes he had replaced all of my kitchen sink pipes. Along the way he was extremely professional, easy to talk to, didn't leave a mess, and was on-time based on the appointment schedule. I'd gladly recommend Drain Pro based on this seamless and reasonably-priced experience I had!

To our delight, Dustin called ahead and showed up a little earlier that the original plan. He was friendly and professional, walking us through what he would be doing. We had 2 other plumbing projects needing to be done too since he was here, so we talked to Dustin about it. Without missing a beat, he said no problem he’ll be able to take care of those issues too. We tied up half of Dustin’s day and he did a fantastic job in that time; completing all the jobs, walking us through what we may need to do in the future, and cleaned up thoroughly. We couldn’t have been happier until we got the final bill. Yes, we never talked about costs because it was all stuff that had to be done anyhow. So this morning, Dustin called us, walking us through the breakdown of the different costs for each project. To our amazement, it was far less than what we thought, making what was a great experience even better. We will most definitely be using Drain Pro’s again, in hopes we get Dustin again. I will also be recommending their service to clients of mine needing plumbing services. Great job Dustin and thank you Drain Pro’s for being so reasonably priced.

The work was done in a very professional manner. Everything was explained before starting. Both repairs were completed quickly and no leaks since. The plumber who came was a true professional.Price was very reasonable. I will hire them for all my plumbing and drain needs.

I am very impressed with Drain Pro from my initial request for service, working with Apple Valley to turnoff the water, communications prior to arriving, to the actual service. Tim was great! He was fast, provided recommendations with supporting facts, dealt with our barking dogs, and very respectful. Drain Pro was very reasonable on the price and was able to provide an estimate over the phone. Providing an estimate over the phone may not always be the case. We had a malfunctioning shutoff valve prior to the water meter so it may have been an easy estimate. But three other plumbing companies wanted to first come look at it for a fee prior to doing the work. We highly recommend Drain Pro and they will be the only ones we call in the future.

I called Drain Pro-Plumbing, explained my issue, and then they set up a visit. The plumber arrived at our home the same day, looked at the issue, explained the problem, and offered a solution. Within a few hours he taken everything apart, repaired the leaks, and resolved our issue. Did excellent work and charged me a less than I expected for a same day call. The service was excellent and the rep was very professional. I would recommend Drain Pro-Plumbing to anyone.

Deb at Drain Pro got someone out to fix our problem within a few hours after our first call. Steve arrived and began snaking our drains (6 times) but the pipes kept re-clogging. (Admittedly they hadn't been snaked in years.) Finally he used a high pressure jet and got everything cleared. He worked very hard for 4 straight hours and now all our drains are free-flowing. And he left the kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived! We always call Drain Pro first and they always come through beautifully. And the price was very reasonable.

Since I couldn't hear the toilet running and I had noticed the flapper not working right anymore, now I'm happy that the new flapper is working.

Very good. Our kitchen sink was not draining. Called them right away in the morning on a Monday a little after they opened at 7:40 or so. The person on the phone said they’d have their tech get back to me shortly. Within 15-mins the tech called & said they could be at my house in 15-mins. Once the tech (Brandon) got there, he was nice/professional. He laid down a blanket to protect my floor & went to work. He was done snaking the line within 40-mins. & my sink was draining again. Very satisfied!

Went Wonderful! Don't feel at all overcharged like the guys on TV that overcharge to put all their ads out there. I will always recommend them to anyone now and in the future. Thanks Drain Pro for putting my mind as ease knowing I have a good plumber to call next time I need one.

He's very prompt when you call him. They don't do travel fees. He's inexpensive. They explain what they're going to do. They make you feel comfortable while at your home.

After taking a shower in a spare bathroom my husband was not able to shut off the water completely. I shut off the main line into the house, but we found out later from the plumber that even that valve is not working properly. I called several plumbers who said they could not come out for 4-5 days. Not what you want to hear when there is an issue with your house. Then I found Drain Pro-Plumbing and they came to our rescue later that day. For some reason we had sediment in the line which ruined the tub cartridge and needed to be replaced after flushing the line. That poor guy had to make several runs up and down the stairs to shut the water off and turn it on. Miraculously he was done in only an hour and we could go about our day with peace of mind. I will be calling them again in the near future to schedule that faucet to be replaced in the basement.

He came and did the job right away. The price was reasonable to me and was done excellently. He changed some of the pipes to a better type to help avoid such problems in the future.

Got new inserts and installed - recommended replacing with single handled unit for $600+.
