Cleaning existing sewage pipe.
Description of Work: Our existing sewage pipe needed to be cleared of roots. We called Drain Pro / Marge on Monday morning and Ted came out the same day to complete the work. Ted & Marge were punctual and courteous throughout and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

It went pretty well.
Description of Work: We thought we have a toilet leaking. It turned out the ring broke underneath the toilet. Curt (the person who came to our house) fixed the toilet from the ground up. He was very knowledgeable and polite. We would hire him again in the future.

Description of Work: Unclogged basement floor drain, tub drain, sink drain. Showed me how to address dripping shutoff valve going to outdoor faucet, discussed how to go about a future project (new sink/lines/faucet in basement laundry room. Gave me a solid opinion about an old pipe junction that I "quick fixed" about 10 years ago and was planning to have him redo. He suggested I wait since it's not leaking and would require cutting into the drywall in the bathroom above (which we will eventually be redoing). All in all, a great experience in stark contrast to some other providers I've used who tried to push me into more, more, more.

Description of Work: I had two gate valves on either side of my water meter replaced, a valve assembly reoriented to allow access and a leaky water faucet cartridge repaired. Drain Pro coordinated with the City to arrange street shutoff and did a wonderful job. I had recently used Drain Pro to unclog a bathroom drain for us as well. I would highly recommend Drain Pro Plumbing.

Works done very welll
Description of Work: Troy is very knowledable. He repair our house that frozen due to mailfunction of our thermostat. He is very thorough on his job and able to finish the job within timely manner. Very helpfull towards the insurance company too. Will certainly recommend him for the plumbing works. Will also use his service again in the future if we need to. Price wise also appropriate. He is also very professional.

Serviceman arrived earlier than promised. Work was completed in a timely and professional way. The serviceman examined other drains, but determined they were fine and also helped me decide that the garbage disposal did not need to be replaced. He had brought one along because I suggested we might need it in my service call.
