Very well. It was kind of an urgent situation and he got back to me right away and showed up a short time later.

Curt was outstanding. The drain access was hard to reach because the water softner and rust remover tanks were located in front of opening. They drain had never been cleaned in over 40 years because of this problem. We didnt realize it was even behind the tanks until Curt pointed it out. We had a couple other people out and they either didnt want to deal with it or didnt figure out the problem. Curt worked very hard to get access to the drain and fixed the problem. The cost for the service was only 315 dollars and with the amount of work he did i was expecting it to cost much more than it did.

They came out they fixed it and did a good job. It took about half an hour.

Dave and his apprentice Shane arrived when they said they would be here and did a great job. They were very professional, explained what was wrong, showed me the very small crack in a connection that was the problem and replaced the defective part. I really appreciated that they were careful about taking off their shoes, cleaning up the worksite, and overall performing the work I needed done efficiently.

Excellent. Responded promptly, showed up on time and did a very thorough job of cleaning out the plugged drain.

They replaced the faucet and also added a water shutoff beneath the sink so next time we wouldn't have to shut the water off for the whole house in order to do anything with that faucet.

Technician arrived on time as scheduled and called ahead to let us know he was 20 minutes out. Once he arrived, he went right to work and in less than a hour our drain was clear. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

I called this morning and within an hour, Curt was at our house. He was very professional, courteous (he took off his shoes!), patient with my questions, and overall a very nice guy. He got the drain unclogged within an hour, despite the fact that it was clogged way down the line, and didn't try to upsell any services. I would definitely call on them again!!

We've used Drain-Pro for all our plumbing needs for years so when it came time to replace our garbage disposal, we turned to them. It took two days to get an appointment but Dave & Steve arrived promptly on the agreed-upon time and did the job in under half an hour. They were cheerful, careful and thorough. I should mention that we provided the disposal so they did not have to charge for the unit. They gladly honored our $20 Angie's List coupon.

We had a very small leak near the main house shut off valve that was there long enough to result in mineral build-up, etc.. it was looking like something that came from the Titanic. We were able to coordinate with the city for curb-side water shut off to the house at the same time that Drain Pro-Plumbing would arrive (and both were on time or even a little early!), so that they could talk briefly and avoid a second trip out by the city to turn things back on. Troy got right to work and replaced the bad section of pipe and the shut-off valve. The other part of the job was to take care of our two out-door faucets that sprayed water everywhere. He identified the issue as the vacuum breakers needing replacement. He took off the old ones and let me know that I could find replacements at the local hardware store cheaper than if he put some on for me, which I appreciated the honesty about. I was able to buy the replacements and put them on myself, issue solved.

Our service person even came on his day off to help out since he was the nearest plumber to our location and he was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the service provided.

We awoke to no hot water and discovered our 12-year old water heater gushing water out of the top. I called Drain Pro and they sent technician Mike over within an hour. He assessed the situation, recommended a replacement unit, gave us a firm price, went and got the new unit and installed it. And he took away the old one. It took three hours from initial phone call to finish...same day. Mike was professional, thorough, friendly and left no mess whatsoever. Drain Pro has been our go-to plumber for years and we've always been very satisfied.

They ran the snake out 50' and said that would do it. Three months later, the sewer backed up again. I called their office and they said their guarantee was only good for 30 days. I hired someone else who came and snaked the sewer out to 100' and have had no problems since. Drain-Pro took a guess on the distance and underestimated. (I should note I called the City of Rosemount and they opened manhole covers to make sure there wasn't a main sewer line problem. There wasn't.) A bit questionable on workmanship.....

Accidentally flushed a toilet paper roll holder down the toilet. Toilet backed up and started sending sewage into adjoining tub. Plumber finally showed up after several hours. Used a root auger to try to clear the obstruction. After about 3 hours he finally had it clear, or so we thought. Toilet and pipe seemed to clear so he deemed it fixed and left. Did not clean up afterward (he left behind a HUGE mess) and now, six months later I have the same problem. Am thinking that he only moved the obstruction further down the line. He said he couldn't guarantee his work so now I am calling a different plumber. He was very unprofessional, kept calling me sweetheart. Would not use them again.

Our kitchen sink stopped up at night. We called Drain Pro for service the next morning. They confirmed and came out a little after 9 a.m. Technician Dave snaked out the pipes which had clogged from several years of buildup. Problem solved. Drain Pro has been our go-to plumbing service for years and we have always been extremely satisfied with the work of Troy and his crew. They're professional, courteous, friendly, capable and reasonably priced. (We got a 10% discount for being repeat customers.)

Prompt service. Called Monday afternoon and was booked for Tuesday morning (non-memergency). Good service. George was professional and friendly. He completed the job in a timely manne and was informative and thorough.

Called this morning, got an appointment for 11-noon, but was called to say the plumber was running late, he was here by 1:30 pm and finished by 2:30 pm. Excellent work; no fuss.
