I found Chris Mangroo here on Angie's list Chris Mangroo LLC was local, highly rated, and had the experience i was looking for. Chris and Jeff showed up for the estimate on time, very nice and professional; other companies that came out to estimate my leaky roof kept going into detail about how bad the roof was and how bad the water damage could be. Chris and Jeff were the opposite, their attitude was and quot;we can get this done in two days - any water damage we'll fix it no problemand quot; I felt relieved and confident in them and so I awarded them the job on the spot. as Chris and his crew showed on time (and on the hottest day of the year) and within minutes were tearing off singles. Chris and his crew, installed a new roof, replaced two skylights, inspected for water damage and fixed the ceiling just as promised. During the construction my AC went out in my house Chris reccomended his friend who was in town and was out in an hour and just charged me for parts and labor, very nice since everyone in town was booked for the day and charging $85 just to come out. During construction I talked to Chris about possibly remodeling my kitchen or maybe adding on an addition. I was very impressed how Chris was able to visualize were things could go and how to make more space, bring more light, saving time and money etc.. And of course Chris showed the same confedence as he did with my roof project. Chris is a great guy he's a family man with roots here in the south metro, his crew are great group of guys they've worked together for years and speak highly of each other. I'm glad I met all of them, I'd hire Chris Mangroo again and would reccomend them to anyone.

The service provided was great, I even called him about another issue I was having and he diagnosed and fixed the problem w/o charging me.

They do awesome work. We have used them a few times. They are really nice people to work with. We trust them as they come to our home as they please to get the work done.

He was great, came on time, courteous, competent, and did a wonderful job. His workmanship was superb and I am satisfied with the work that he has done.

He does good work but his manners are as slippery as can be. He doesn't return phone calls. If you want to do business with him, get everything in writing. I would not work with him again.

He was absolutely fantastic. I really liked him because he was really reasonable in his bid. He was so honest and so caring. He was so good at what he did. He has a math and microbiology degree. He was super bright so he measured well. We had another person put in our windows and he said that he flunked math. Afterwards I could see that he flunked math because nothing matched. Chris does that kind of stuff and I would have been a lot better off if I had used him for that. He doesn't charge the 30 percent up charge. If he buys something he charges us what he bought it for. He is always there with his truck and he doesn't charge for travel. He goes to the supplier and picks it up. If we had too much for the dumpster he takes it home and puts the overload in his dumpster at his home. He goes way out of his way. The only thing is that he thinks he is going to be able to start and he is also working with another person that builds houses and that guy needs him so he is sometimes not able to come. He doesn't up charge and charge a whole lot more. I had an electric company out to put exhaust fans in and instead of putting a pipe up through our roof; they just put it in the attic, which caused all sorts of problems. There were icicles hanging on the roof nails one time. Chris and another guy, Bart, went up there and made sure that they checked it and fixed the vent. They had to put a hole in my roof to fix it. They were really good carpenters. I had a pipe broken and they put a hole in the ceiling and fixed that. I don't even think they charged me for that. They are very Christian so they might have Christian music playing.

BID WAS LOWEST OF THOSE RECEIVED, BUT IN THE SAME RANGE. GREAT CREW. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK IN TWO DAYS. THE OWNER WAS ON SITE AND WORKING ENTIRE TIME SO I AM CONFIDENT THE WORK WAS DONE TO HIS STANDARDS. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL AND MANAGED HIS SCHEDULE WITH OTHER JOBS TO FIT THIS NEEDED ROOF IN BEFORE THE WINTER. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I PLAN TO HIRE THEM FOR SIDING WHEN WE ARE READY FOR THAT JOB.
