BOBBY JENSEN'S LANDSCAPE JUNCTION

It wasn't incredibly creative. The people were very nice. I waited to hear back from them. The summer went by. They called later and said they were sorry and that they had lost our paperwork and had just come across it. They were professional when they came out, first Bobby Jensen and then their landscape architect came out with a plan. They were here on time.

I wouldn't recommend the landscaping company. I called them end of April to set up an appointment as I was having graduation open house in June. He came out and we met. We met three times before he started. He didn't send anyone out until June. I was very angry at him. I paid him and fixed the backyard myself as it was mess following three days of rain. I had to call him to get him to get some guys sent out here. I called him to get another appointment after he cancelled because he was sick.

The removal of the existing timbers was carefully done and picked up well. The stone block wall was curved and turned out to be beautiful. We needed two sets of steps, one down through the wall and then another up the hill into the yard. They were precast steps and were installed well and because of some design changes associated with the installation the price was slightly higher than the estimate. The end result is wonderful and has really changed the appearance and functionality of the area for the better. We are very satisfied.

We received a bid that initially exceeded our budget; we requested a modification to the plan which produced a bid we could live with. As soon as the weather was appropriate the work was completed. Total time for the project was two days. The crew did an excellent job, both in the installation and the clean up. We are very pleased with the results.
