I made an initial appointment to have my maple tree trimmed. I had to cancel the initial appointment a week in advance. I then called back to reschdule an appointment to have the work done. Since that time, it has been over a month of calling asking for them to come out, never getting a date, having them tell me to text the address and they would get back to me, and they never do. If he is upset about the initial cancellation with a week notice then be a man and tell me. Don't give me the run around for over a month. Do you want to waste your time, and get endless run around.... this service is for you! Good Luck!

Arbor Barber arrived first thing in the AM and cleaned the fallen branches, said would be back in a few days to cut the rest of the tree, but it was about 3 weeks later that they came. We were in no hurry and they knew that.

This far exceeded my expectations. The crew of 4 showed up promptly at 8 am and immediately got to work. By 10 am, they were wrapping up and heading out. The pieces of the experience that stuck out were these: 1. The crew were professional, efficient and took care in not disturbing the landscaping, the live power line or the deck. 2. They cleaned up every speck of wood, debris and sawdust - with the exception of the grassless area where the tree stood - there are no remnants the tree even existed. 3. The owner, Vitaliy, gave me a "tour" showing me where the stump was, gave suggestions on when to put down new dirt for grass and also toured the garage/alley area to ensure no damage/cracking took place on the driveway. This was an overall great experience and well worth the cost (as a side note: They were the lowest estimate of 4 estimates) - Arbor Barber will be my go-to for any future needs.

They were very conscious of my property. Whatever they needed to do, they had everything they needed.

When they finally were able to get to my job, after a few missed earlier dates, the work was done very well. This work did not need to be done immediately so some delay was understandable. I would definitely use this service again

They did a good job at a reasonable price. My only concern is that they wear very little safety gear.

I called them and left a message and they never called me back.

He said the trees had reached senior age and we'd be needing trim/ removal. Said call to schedule in the fall.

Called Vitaly on Sunday (his business is open on Sundays) after the storm uprooted one of our Colorado Spruce trees. Just wanted an estimate and it wasn't an emergency so he said he would be out tomorrow (Monday). Sure enough he called Monday morning and said he would be at our house in a half hour....and he was. Gave me an a quick estimate which came in at $300. below the first business we had out to our home. Vitaly said he would be done in about 45 minutes and he was!! He had me inspect the job before he departed. Very well done. Very professional. Very economical. Would most definitely call again!

Vitaliy and his crew did a great job for us again. His pricing was competitive. They arrived on time and were respectful of the property. The tree was next to a fence and he navigated around it very well. His crew cleaned up the area as if they were never here. Thanks!

Perfect, Quick, Efficient -- they arrived exactly on time, made quick work of 3 mature poplar trees. Two were on one lot line and next to my neighbors backyard garage and they took down the two trees without touching the neighbors garage. The remaining tree on the other side was on the lot and with a neighbor very particular about his lawn the Arbor Barber guys were perfect. They put down large 4x8 sheets of plywood type material to protect the lawn from the man-lift and heavy equipment - the grass popped back up in short order. They ground up the main stump, but we chose to leave 2 stumps .. They even ground up a small stump left from a previous removed tree. They were great and I'd highly recommend them. As they were finished they even took down another neighbor's tree in very short order -- a large mature and dying Maple was down and debris removed in 20min. They are quick and efficient.

He came right away and gave an accurate quote. Then it was about 2 weeks until they could come do the job. They work fast and cleaned up the work site well.

Vitaly was immediately responsive to my questions and offered a fair estimate. He fit us into his schedule promptly and the work was done well and quickly.

These guys did an awesome job and they were also the cheapest of the four estimates I received. They did a great clean up, they were prompt, and the owner was friendly. My neighbors have now been using them for their tree work. Very happy with the outcome. They also cut the stump very low.

It far exceeded my expectations. My main concern was the need for precision removal, as not to risk damage to the pool or landscaping. The crew was extremely effective and accurate. Beside being exceptionally friendly and cooperative, their cleanup was quite meticulous. Cost was right in the range of other bids.

Crew was very proficient (Vitaliy's son and two others). Large tree was located next to garage and deck. Tree was removed in pieces and stump was ground out. Pleased with the work done and clean up. Arbor Barber also offered an Angie's List coupon.

The crew arrived exactly at the planned time. Took down the tree and left everything clean. Vitalli was on site with the crew. I had asked for a certificate of insurance and Vitalli gave me the name of his agent, who added me as named insured and emailed the certificate.

They were later then we were told and did not put my fence back together after they took it apart
