I have a large property with over 75 trees. I needed a few removed and many of the others trimmed and pruned. The work was great. I had originally tried to hire them in June and gave Vitaliy a bad review because of a miscommunication on an appointment. We have since resolved the problem and I wish I could remove the review but I couldn't find how to do it. The crew was outstanding. They did their work quickly and professionally. What's even more impressive they did more work than what I had requested and did a great job cleaning up. Great job. I would definitely hire again.

We accepted Arbor Barber's estimate. They made an appointment to perform the service about 2 weeks ago. They arrived on time and completed the work immediately. The trees had to be hand carried up a steep bank and between two houses. They completely removed all debris and were done in about 2 hours. Couldn't ask for a better firm to use.

They came the morning after I called, completed the work, had me inspect it, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.

This guy is awesome his price was very fair and dropped a very very large tree with many obstacles around. No damage and no one got hurt!!!! It was amazing to see how calm he was about climbing this tree and systematically took the tree down. I would highly recommend This company!!!!

Vitaliy and his crew showed up w/ all the equipment and crew he needed to have the whole job done in less than three hours. They removed all debris, cleaned, raked, and did an excellent job for a very competitive price. My wife and I were VERY impressed and thankful for their careful and expert work!

I was really impressed with their service. They showed up on time to give me an estimate. They spent a lot of time with me discussing their recommendations. They really listened to my concerns. I accepted their proposal & the work was scheduled for the next week. The next week they showed up on time & reconfirmed the work the to be done. I stayed outside while they worked & the communication between us was excellent. I was very happy with the job they performed. The tree looks beautiful and their clean up & haul away was excellent. I definitely will use this firm again.

Arbor Barber far exceeded my expectations. We had a very large dead elm tree in the backyard on the hill next to the fence. Several other companies I called said they have no way of removing it safely and without damaging the property. Called Vitaliy on Thursday, he came out the same day, provided the estimates that were the lowest of three. The crew of four arrived the next day. They were very professional and efficient. The tree was down in about 40 minutes. Vitaly also took down another small dead tree for no extra charge. The crew cleaned up the area so well, you could never tell they were there. I would definitely use their service again.

These guys were great. We needed same day service as the fallen tree was blocking our cars. They came out same morning, took care of it in less than an hour and at a reasonable price.

He came out as scheduled on the day he said he would. His crews drove up with a lift, cut the branch down; pruned the sugar maple as an added bonus and completed the work in 45 minutes. The trees look great. I especially appreciated the light pruning he did on the sugar maple. Now it will get more sunlight and grow straighter. Nice guy, quality work, honest and quick.

Still waiting to hear back from this guy, and two months have passed since he gave us the estimate. He never answers our calls, so since we assumed this meant he did not want our business we went somewhere else. Very rude and unprofessional.

Very responsive and prompt. Quoted us the best price for removal of an elm tree with a clump of five smaller trunks. Arrived on time and removed the tree quickly and professionally with little disturbance to the neighborhood. I highly recommend Arbor Barber!!

Had all the tools to do the job and cleaned everything up well after complete. When Vitaliy came out to give the free quote he offered two suggestions on how we could save money, none of the other four companies offered this. Very knowledgeable on working with Xcel Energy around the lines.

He was delayed a few days, but that was due to a storm that caused quite a bit of storm damage in the Twin Cities area. He got the work done quickly, did a good job of removing the tree and stump, and removed all the debris. His pricing was very reasonable.

I called the number on the website and got the owner on his cell phone. I asked about having 2 tree stumps removed and was quoted $160 over the phone based on the size of the stumps. The owner said he would be out the next day between 5:30-6:00 pm to do the work. Not only did he not show up he never called. It's been over 5 days now and I haven't received a call. My guess is he either thought the job was too small or he lost my information. Either way I would not recommend this company.
