Vitaly was very responsive. Unlike 4-5 other places I called, he actually seemed to want my business. Pricing was right in line with another tree company I had out, but I liked his customer-oriented attitude and promptness. He has five climbers. When they were done with the work, you couldn't tell they'd even been there...no mess in the yard, everything cleaned up very well. Will definitely use Arbor Barber for future tree work in our yard.

Arbor Barber gave me a fair quote to remove one tree and trim three others. They removed the one tree in the spring. The crew did a wonderful job in cleaning up the site. They came back in the fall to trim the others since oaks have a specific window when they can be worked on. The crew again did a great job in their trimming process and job site clean-up. Very professional and would highly recommend.

My trees hadn't been trimmed in some time. I spoke to Vitaliy on the phone and he came over the next day to provide the estimate. It was a busy time of year so understandably he couldn't come back to do the job for a few weeks. However, when he did come back he remembered and did everything promised, even with time passing and my not being there to review with him. He also cleaned up thoroughly; there was nothing left behind when I got home.

We had several estimates for the work & Arbor Barber was in the middle. He was on time for the estimate and was very knowledgable. They were at the house right on schedule for the work to be done. A bucket was needed to access the large limb over the top of the garage. Recent rains made the ground soft & they wanted to reduce any damage to our lawn so had to work much harder to drag the debris to the street. They were very professional in their work and very careful with our property and our neighbor's property (one tree leaned over their yard & wood had to be removed from their side). We recommend them and would use them again.

I had received a quote from Vitaliy in June, but due to wet weather I rescheduled a few times, as our back yard stays pretty wet. Vitaliy was always willing to reschedule and was very accommodating. His crew arrived on time and they laid rubber mats down from our front to back yard to make sure the stump grinder wouldn't damage our yard. Because our yard was still wet from some previous rains, they did everything but the stump grinding by hand. They carried many branches and tress by hand from our back yard to front. I was impressed by the skill of the worker who shimmied up the trees with the chain saw. He had all his ropes and safety equipment in place and was very efficient in cutting the limbs while ensuring no co-workers were below. Once they were finished hauling all the limbs/trucks to the truck parked in the street, they raked up the entire work area and removed the rubber mats. They also cleaned up any debris in our driveway, sidewalk and in the street. I was very impressed with their skills and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic professionals. We had a large Silver Maple growing right next to our house in a fenced in backyard. The crew carefully removed the tree, which included the use of a very large crane. The crew also cleaned up the yard. You would never know that they, or the tree, were ever there. I wouldn't even look at another tree removal crew should I need any future trees removed. Also, this was the most competitive quote we received, but after my experience, I would use this crew even if they were not the most competitive from a price perspective. The value they provided was outstanding.

This was a small job for this company but they still did a great job for a reasonable price. They were careful but efficient. Clean up was great.

The estimate was free. We did not end up using the tree service. While this company provided the lowest estimate, I was not impressed by my interaction with them, did not give me the impression of being a professional service. The individual showed up on time, but was dirty....clearly having just come from another job. He was at the house a total of 10 minutes and left me a hand written estimate (on smudged, dirty paper). Average time other companies spent creating an estimate was 25-30 minutes.

Fantasic! All work was done within the timeframe estimated including cleanup and taking trees away. The trees were within a fenced in area of our backyard which did not allow for any equipment to be brought in but the grinder. Very hard workers with commitment to customer satisfaction. We made the decision based on the provider's professionalism and detailed consulting through the onsite estimate. On top of that the estimate came in significantly lower than a previous estimate.

After contacting many other tree companies without hearing back, Vitaliy came out on time and gave me a written estimate and scheduled the job. They came out to do the trimming and did a great job. They finished in just a few hours and cleaned up everything very well.

I had a lot of tall mature trees that needed trimming badly. I had considered doing this myself but considering the time needed, equipment, and the amount of material to dispose of going with Arbor Barber was an excellent idea. We did one walk-through for the estimate and then when they came to perform the service another walk-through was done to make sure they were covering all of my needs. Vitali and his crew were able to take care of it within an hour and a half, including cleanup! It would have taken me days to do that type of job. The final price was right in line with my initial quote no surprises. I am really happy with my service and being able to support a local Lakeville company. I will definitely use them again!

Vitaliy came out and reviewed our trees and what we needed done. He offered suggestions on what should be done and provided us with a reasonable quote. We scheduled for approximately 2 weeks later. He and his crew came out and did a great job. The dying tree is gone - we chose to not remove the stump so they cut it as low to the ground as possible. Our trees were in desperate need of trimming and they now look great!! The crew cleaned up and disposed of the branches, except for the few larger pieces we asked to save for our fireplace. They cut those into nice sized pieces that we will split later ?much appreciated. We will definitely have Arbor Barber out when we need trimming done again in a few years. Highly recommend!

They arrived when they said they would. Took precautions to protect our yard from the heavy equipment. Removed the tree and cleaned up all of the debris. They were extremely professional and friendly. We felt the price was very fair. We would definitely use this service again and would refer our friends/family to them.

Vitaliy came and bid the project. The price was phenomenal for all the work that was to be done. We agreed on a date ten days out. On the day of service a whole crew with two trucks and several pieces of heavy equipment showed up first thing in the morning, walked the project through with me, and got to work. They finished everything, including spotless clean up, in under five hours. I was amazed! Super work and professional all the way.

They did a great job. They were cautious with the plants around the tree and placed a protective pad against a window that was close to the tree. When they were done, there was no sign of the stump and the area was extremely clean. They also beat the other quotes I had received. Great job.

They did everything they said they would in a prompt, professional manner. They were very efficient and were done in less than an hour. They price was very competitive. Overall, I'm very pleased with the results.

Vitaley came the same day I called and gave me a reasonable estimate. We scheduled the work to be completed the following week and his team showed up exactly on time and went to work. The work was completed within one hour. They did an excellent job, including clean up, and were professional and very helpful.

I called the morning after a storm and they answered promptly and were the only service able to make it out the same day (I made about 12 calls to different companies). They arrived a touch earlier than expected, were upfront and clear about the job, and finished quickly. The tree had fallen on the neighbors fence and in their back yard. They were efficient and respectful--careful in both our yard and our neighbor's. They were very well priced and I will definitely call them again.

We needed some tree work done prior to a landscaping project. On the day of the project we looked outside and to our dismay it was raining. The crew showed up as promised and worked their tails off in the rain. They felled the birch in back leaving logs perfectly sized for firewood and did great work making the overgrown tree in the front look stately and beautiful again. The guys were soaked but appeared to be in good humor the whole time. On a day when I'm sure they were motivated to get dry and get out of the rain they took the time raking and picked up debris to leave the yard in great shape. Would hire them again without reservation.

This will be my second review for Arbor Barber and they did nothing but the best work for me again. I had a 30' tall pine tree that had to be climbed because there was no room for a bucket truck. They went old school with rope and pulley system to keep the tree from falling on my house and my neighbors house. Of course half way through the work we got like 14' of rain and made the ground soggy and Vitalis equipment wasn't very nice to my yard but I think we had a gentlemen's understanding and he asked me for less money than was quoted. And I really appreciated that. It's great to save money but they deserved every dollar they got. Again. 2 big thumbs up.

They did a great job. It was an 8-hour job. It went a little longer because we had an extra tree and they took it down. They cleaned everything up. They were here at 7:30 in the morning as they said they would be. They were excellent.

This was the second time we used Arbor Barber services. They did a great job and were done in about an hour. We had a delay from all of the rain, but they got us in as there was no rush. They are very efficient and cleaned up afterward. They are the best tree service we have used in the 30 years we've lived here. A good price for good work!

Exceptionally prompt no-nonsense service. Excellent price compared to other contractors. The were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up exceptionally well. Very satisfied. Would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We thought they did a great job. Neither one of us had used one of these "deals' before so it was a learning experience for both of us. I had another company give me an estimate for the amount of time it would take to do the work so I knew it would be about 4 hours for 2-3 guys so we figured we'd try the 'deal' based on other feedback for Arbor Barbers on Angie's List. They arrived exactly on time, did exactly what we wanted them to do in about 4 hours, and left the place very clean. I'd give them an A+ for the work and I'd hire them again in a second. I think if you have a really good idea of the amount of time and effort that a particular job will take, then using one of the 'deals' offered is fine, but if you don't know or aren't sure, it would probably be a better idea to just have them come out for an estimate. Either way, Arbor Barbers was great!

Fabulous company, fabulous service! We received a bid and the service was complete in less than a week. The price was the best we had estimated. Highly recommend.
