Price was outrageous, My 2nd floor ceiling (real plaster/lath) was falling + damage to first floor occurring to first floor from leak. Impending rain <arrrgh>. Price went up $300 from original quote I think.. I thought i was dealing with somebody else. My bad for not getting second opinion. Repair does not leak so far, I shall try not to panic in future and solicit second opinion. Fortunately for the company I was able to find the funds for over priced job. They have lost out on any added work though.
