Steve was wonderful to work with. We discovered we had mold following a water intrusion from the unit above us. Our condo association was recommending a big company they regularly work with but their quotes were ridiculously expensive. We decided to see if we could find someone ourselves. Within 30 minutes of submitting a request on Angie's List, I got a call from Steve. He came out later that day to give us an estimate and also provided an additional contingency in case the mold extended further than what was apparent. He worked with us on timing the date of the mold remediation so that it was coordinated with when we could get a drywaller in to replace the walls so we weren't living with open walls for too long (this was a concern since we have pets). On the day of the remediation he was on time and even finished in less time than expected. I would definitely recommend Bauer Property Services and would use them again for future mold remediation if I ever need it.

When my son and I bought a townhome in August 2020 there was some old mold in the attic space, (on the underneath side of the roof boards ) that looked like it had dried up. But, for safety reasons I hired Bauer services to inspect the mold and to confirm that it was non-active and then I still chose to have the entire attic space sprayed with a white encapsulating product. My son and I were on a timeline for improvements while the Townhome was empty so, I lined up Bauer services ahead of time. Scheduled a date that we needed Bauer services to do their job so, that other contractors could continue in their projects. Bauer Services scheduled the day that I needed them to do their work and follow through on it properly. Extremely happy with the professional work and price. Very fair for this kind of work.
