LAMPERT'S LUMBER

Lambert Lumber is so unprofessional that 1. Last year I was emailing back and forth with an employee about measurements when he inexplicably stopped communication. 2. In the last few months I could not even get a response when I attempted to arrange an appointment for an estimate. You can not reach any one in the entire company by phone, and when you email they do not respond. I finally emailed corporate and did get an immediate response. After explaining the situation I was assured that my local store would be contacting me. Yup, you guessed it, I was never contacted. Trust them to accomplish a project professionally, they can not even respond to a customer in a professional manner. Completely unexceptionable! After this experience I would never consider hiring Lambert lumber!

Wayne at the city desk at Lampert's was wonderful at getting me the materials I needed on time. In two cases, my subs needed materials on short notice, due to bad planning on their part, yet Wayne was able to get the materials ordered and delivered on time. On other occasions, he was able to find and special order supplies, that I could not find anywhere else. One case was a set of spray on foam insulation, that could serve as a fire barrier. He found the foam locally and arranged through a purchase order for me to go and pick up the needed supplies. In another case, he was able to find and order and deliver beadboard, that was 14 feet in length, so that I would not have any seams on my deck ceiling. All other suppliers, could only sell me shorter or much longer boards, which were too long for my needs, and would have resulted in a large amount of waste. Wayne at Lampert's really came through for me.
