Mr. Krammer, personally called me back with the initial quote that I'd requested via online. The personal touch won me over and his fairness in his pricing also. I hired his company to remove the snow from my residence and I'll do it again & again.... I have and will recommend Krammer Snow Removal Services to my family, friends and neighbors

Very well with one winter almost through! We plan to use Krammers again next year.

Bill does a great job. He is punctual, thorough, and careful to understand what exactly you would like done, checks in via text-messaging, and has my vote of confidence. His prices are reasonable and I would recommend him without reservation ....in fact, we just hosted a neighborhood gathering here yesterday and I suggested two of my neighbors contact him to talk about their particular needs.

It went well but about 1/2 way through, the guy using the weed-wacker kicked up a rock and it shattered my glass door. They were very nice, calm, apologetic and said they'd get their insurance involved right away, which they did. Unfortunately their insurance company was much slower and after several months, I finally have my door replaced. I appreciate they checked in with me to see if it had all been resolved but it hadn't after several months and it would have been nice if they'd offered something to compensate me for all the time, trouble, frustration I faced with having to get my entire door replaced.

Communication was excellent and the price was less than half of what our regular lawn service provider quoted.

One person arrived to do the work of cutting back all perennials and shrubbery in our yard as our normal preparation for winter. He did 2 1/2 hours of work and argued over every additional shrub or perennial I wanted cut back to complete the job and to provide the 4 hours of service. I then suggested that he might blow all of the debris still left in the yard or maybe edge our driveway and sidewalk. He declined to do either. He said we would be sent an invoice and I pointed out that I had already paid for 4 hours of service that was not complete and asked him why he would be sending an invoice. It was then he agreed to return to edge the driveway and sidewalk. I contacted the office that day via e-mail to let them know of the situation and told them I was very disappointed in not having all the work completed and let them know that I was willing to call it even if they returned to do the edging and to pick up the rest of the debris from the work I had to do that they didn't do. They agreed to return on November 1. They never showed up. I contacted the office and asked for a refund and they agreed to return November 8 to do the work. I returned home today( November 8 ) to see that they did come back and edge the sidewalk but didn't do the driveway which is about 70% of the edging that needed to be done. At this point I give up and would like to get a refund which apparently needs to come from Angie's List. It's hard to believe that anyone could make such a difficult situation out of 4 hours of yard work. I not only had to do much of the work in the yard myself but spent a great deal of additional time trying to get them to do the work and now getting a refund.

A bit of trouble scheduling due to broken equipment, emailed that weren't coming due to this. I wasn't checking email, had to call them when they didn't arrive. Probably would have been better if they had called me. Rescheduled and arrived as stated. Explained thoroughly how to care for seeding.

Very prompt and professional. Gave suggestions as to what to do in spring to assist growth. Would recommend to others and will use again.

Krammer's receptionist was very great to deal with. She answered my questions and promptly got me on the schedule. They did the work when no one was home, so we didn't feel pressured to take time off from work. They left the sidewalks and driveway clean and you could barely tell they had been there. Great company to work with for aeration and overseeding in the fall. We will certainly use them again.

Excellent. Mr. Krammer was extremely helpful, explained things, and gave some great tips on how to keep my garden areas maintained. I would recommend this company to others and plan to use them again next spring/summer.

Not well. I bought a deal that offered 4 hours of yard work that would be done by either two persons for two hours or one person for 4 hours. I got one person for just over one hour who did a very incomplete job,leaving the work unfinished and my shrubs actually looking worse because the dead and overgrown branches were removed from only part of the shrub and the rest are still hanging there ! It would seem that the worker didn't know what plants were weeds, because the area is still full of weeds. When the business owner asked for my feedback he did not care that I was unhappy with the work. When I asked to have someone come back out to finish the work and honor the amount of time that was part of the deal I paid for, I have heard nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. THE WORK IS UNPROFESSIONAL. The initial communication was very good, so I was disappointed by how things turned out.

Planning to use Krammer's again soon - definitely for Fall/Spring yard clean-up work. Above and beyond my expectations!

He did a fantastic job! Much better than the many previous people I've hired to do similar work! I couldn't believe how full his truck and trailer were with everything he'd pulled and dug out in a few hours! And it was so refreshing not to have to stand outside the entire time and say "Weed", "Not a weed", "Weed", "Not a weed" because the person I'd hired didn't know very much about plants! I'll definitely be calling him again to help me keep the encroaching woods at bay, and to help me do some fall planting and clean-up!
