Description of Work: Shoddy work, unprofessional workers. Unresponsive to requests to fix problem areas that were not done correctly the first time by his workers. Roof repair resulted in more water damage than before.

+ -1 moreBathroom remodel. Ceramic tile in kitchen & Bath. 2nd floor retile.. New front door & screen door.. Bathroom... Shower still leaks.. Cut into new wall an opening for a toilet paper holder... I didn't want one... Ceramic tile thru out kitchen & bath is uneven.. even with new flooring they never leveled it.. Tile dips down. Put dryer vent in wrong place. They were told not to touch 2nd bath until 1st was completely done.. Came home from work and didn't have a usable bathroom...They ripped up both... replaced floor by new outside door dips down... air comes thru... Screen was never put on... To many things wrong to mention.... Now we come to the missing...They were told to keep all replaced light fixtures to use for future basement remodel... They are all missing... Miss cut tile were thrown in garbage instead of keeping to piece in... MOST IMPORTANT.... MONEY STOLEN FROM HOUSE..... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FREDERICKSON INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION...

+ -1 moreUnprofessionalism during the estimate was enough to judge not to go with them. Plus I'm glad someone else on here reviewed them. Not like I was going to go with them but they were the first contractors I contacted and I hope not all consultations are like that! I was suppose to receive the estimate by last night but still have not heard of anything. Lack of communication and punctuality is enough to judge the business!
Description of Work: No services performed. Just an estimate.

Description of Work: Mr. Frederickson spent very little time at our remodel.. Left most of it to his hired worker.. Had a total bathroom remodel... Ceramic tile through out the kitchen, bath, porch.. He never leveled the floors... $700.00 worth of tile looks like crap.. Floors are bowed because he never leveled them..Wind blows in thru brand new porch door..Because the floor is so bowed..Now the Stand up shower... The door doesn't close... No hot water in shower.. Also put in a brand new kitchen faucet.. Drips like crazy... No response from him when I ask to have it fixed...Spent $200 on paint.. he brought his wife to help. Worst paint job I've ever seen.. Than after he painted he remudded the walls & wanted more paint..... Nice since we spent $1900 to have the house painted before we hired him..I can't even tell you all the mess ups he's made here...It will cost more to fix what he screwed up than the $8000.00 he got paid....And what ever you deceide.. Don't leave your house for 3 weeks with a broken leg while he has total access.. Came home to find out he stole over $600.00 from our money jar....Car stereo speakers from the basement.& God know's what else is missing... Than he brings a cop in my house while I'm in bed sleeping . with his lockbox key... To dust the money jar.... He knew they wouldn't find any prints because he wiped the jar off... No dust on it.... DON'T EVER LET THIS MAN IN YOUR HOUSE....Than after my spouse came home from work in Texas & marked all the spots on the wall with painters tape that needed to be fixed.. He was supposed to show up the next day.. Never came... I told Bill he wasn't coming back... Couple days later He got a txt.. He was gonna bail on this job because I'm a B****... I put up with 3 months of BS for a in on monday out by friday job,, I bought extra tile for a future remodel on the upstairs bath... Came home & didn't have a useable bathroom... Frederickson deceided to rip up the upstairs before he finished the downstairs... Had no way to get ready in the morning....
