+ -1 moreWhen you live in a 100 year old house, you're bound to find some things have just worn out. Even the wiring. I found some wires that had hardened and cracked. This left some bare wires. They were repaired or replaced as necessary. He also spent some time troubleshooting a few other circuits that were not working and pointed out a few other problems that needed fixing. I have done a good amount of electrical work and found him knowledgable and very experienced with older electrical systems. It takes a fair amount of skill to repair older wires instead of the much more expensive option of replacing the entire circuit/wire. I was very pleased with the work.
Description of Work: We moved into an older house and while I was working in the kitchen, I found some very questionable wiring that I couldn't repair. The job involved repairing some old wiring and replacing the wires that were beyond repair. Also added two new circuits.
