Great. By far the most organized and prompt electrician in the La Crosse area. Have worked with them all multiple times. Tim was very prompt and non-sense approach. Worked very well with all other contractors and was very knowledgable in what we could/couldn't do as we planned our project. Was very good at listening, giving suggestions and ideas to think about to give us the best results. Was able to fit his work into a very long remodel project and be here as needed to keep the project going. Tim was always very good at getting back to us and ensuring we were happy with the work. Tim had a few different workers at our house. All of them knew exactly what was needed to be done when they arrived and communicated very well. It was clear Tim was ensuring everyone knew what was planned/expected and there were no surprises. We have never seen this working with other electrical contractors in the area. Tim even came to work on the weekend a few times when he had other conflicts during the week he needed to take care of to ensure the project kept moving. Tim is just excellent to work with and everyone on his team was as well. Price was generally inline with what we've seen from others. I'd highly recommend them.

The Graf employee showed up when I was told he would and was very good to deal with. He fixed the problem and told me that code required an outlet(Will make installation easier next time too). Mr. Graf may take a day or two to get back to you unless it is an emergency. I highly recommend this company.

Got estimate to me when he said he would (Jeff Graf, owner). I had a very short window for them to work in and they did. Came in with very good pricing. Were there on time, worked fast and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone.
