Heat pump installation

It did not go. The agent came out, measured the space (had to use my tape measure), and showed me a quote on is pad (not cheap). He then scheduled me for just a few days in the future. He then told me he would deliver me an actual quote by email. I never heard from the guy again. No email, no follow up phone call, etc... He did not even provide a business card. A crew shows up today - I had to inform them that since I had no response from the previous agent, no work was going to be done - I have made other arrangements. I am certainly not going to let them perform work without a formal quote. A couple of hours later I get a phone call from the agent asking if he had dropped the ball. I explained to him that yes he indeed did drop the ball and I have made other arrangements. I then get a message from him saying that he thought our verbal agreement was good enough. Frankly, if I am going to spend this kind of money, I expect the business I am paying to conduct business in a professional manner, not deliver excuses. This was hardly the case.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality contractor. They were timely, great with communication and very honest.

They came out right away, they were in and out and they cleaned up and left our house cleaner than when they came. The guys are very professional and know what they are doing. They made custom ductwork to fit on the spot that normally others would hire a custom ductwork company to build and it turned out awesome, it looks factory built. My utility room is very small and tight, they did what others told me was impossible. I am very pleased with them and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Smooth with no fuss install. They installed furnace and ac also had to move some ducts and add returns since my hose was older and had none. Only took a couple days and was reasonably priced for the work they did. I’d hire them any time.
