If you are going to need mulch, make sure that you order it in advance because if it is not put down after the weed spray they will charge you again for spraying - wish I had been advised of this I talked with the company and we got it all figured out. Their customer service is great!

The estimate we got was right on. The crew that did the work quickly and they did a wonderful job.

The gentleman came back few months later for free to answer my question about winterizing my sump-pump drain. They had done grading and drain-tile in my yard earlier that Summer.

There wasn't much in the way of communication and updates as to when the job would actually start (it was 10 weeks from the time I contacted them - their schedule was well booked). However, when I was finally contacted, our meeting to discuss the planned work to be done went smoothly. The work crew was very nice and hard working. They started on time, did an excellent job in completing the layout as planned and did a good job in cleanup. They accomplished a lot of work in the one day they were here! I am looking forward to next spring, when they will return to work on another project in the backyard. My advise is to book with them early in the season!

Bruce and his crew did a fantastic job on our front lawn relandscaping. They brought in dirt and stone to raise the elevation of the lawn and put in a rock retaining wall. Bruce worked efficiently and conscientiously to get the project done. He put in extra effort to make the retaining wall look great (you try pairing up giant boulders stacked on top of each other and get them to fit physically and visually). His creativity shined through. I will be working again with Precision Yard in the future.

I don't think I could have hired a better company for the landscape work that was done. The primary crew that did the work, and others that came to the house were hard working, remarkably polite, and meticulously cleaned up at the end of each working day. One of the owners, Bruce, rolled with changes we made to the original plan and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He returned email questions about the project within a reasonable time without once appearing annoyed. One of the top companies I've ever hired to do work at the house.

Bruce and his team were fantastic. We told them our wants and the work they did was even better than what we had in mind. Our backyard is truly a haven now, it's everything we wanted it to be and more. I will use their company for any other projects that come up in the future.

They did a good job over-all and did well keeping us informed on what they would be working on the next day. Their price was higher than the other landscapers that quoted the project, but they were hired because they were willing to follow the design and were able to start work right away. My wife was a little upset that they were a little rough on the plants. Hopefully the they'll survive through the winter.

Very nice to work with. Took time to listen to my concerns about need for the work and offer suggestions on best resolution. Arrived and finished job as scheduled. Would have liked to see a cleaner install at the drain exit, but it was a cold day so i'll take care of that smalll issue in the spring.
