Jay's Plumbing

Plumber broke a previous plumbing part installed about a year ago, and blamed the previous plumber for a bad part. He also unplugged my chest freezer, ruining all the food in it. He didn't apologize or offer to pay for the food.

I have worked with Jay's Plumbing multiple times for projects in various homes. Every time I have a good experience and feel the price is right for the services being completed. Most recently we had a bit of a plumbing issue with frozen pipes and Jay's Plumbing was able to come out very fast and had my issue fixed in no time. Would definitely (and will continue to) recommend Jay's Plumbing to friends and family.

Charges out of line with work that was done. Would recommend going elsewhere for plumbing services.

Never showed up

My water heater that I had bought from them 6 yrs ago, and no problems. we came back from vacation and there was a small leak in the bottom of the heater. I called him on Sunday night, and I talked to Tammy, their receptionist and she said they would be out on Tuesday 1-4, and around 4pm, Jason showed up and they replaced the old with a new one, He did an excellent job, very polite and efficient. I would have NO problem in calling him again for any plumbing etc

Tore apart the ceiling in my utility room to install an irrigation rough-in and left it an absolute disaster. No cleanup whatsoever. Chunks of drywall, screws and drywall dust everywhere including over my electronics. When i called to complain it seemed like my concern was a joke.

Jayson came highly recommended from my handyman and I was not disappointed. Did AAA work at a very far and reasonable cost. When I need a plumber again, I will be sure to call Jayson @Jay's Plumbing.

Prompt , good service after 6 weeks all works fine. This is the second time we used this contarctor.
