There was no set appointment. I had to have a new breaker put into my well pit, and that's when it was discovered that there was no electricity to the well pit. I called Hennen, left a message, and got a call back in approx. an hour. Rick Hennen said he would try to make it out that day since I had been without water almost 2 days already. Rick Hennen arrived around 4:00pm, and quickly discovered and fixed the problem. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will have Hennen Co. back again for some other electrical issues . He stayed until my pressure tank was running and puttingout water. I have used two other Electrical Company's from Angie's List in the past (deals), and they are just fine, but Hennen is right in my city address. .

Fabulous work. Steve was very professional and flexible. He inspected the site prior to giving his estimate. He allowed me to order the RV power boxes as I found them cheaper on the internet and he even checked the specs to make sure they were good. The job was done perfectly.

They have always performed as quoted and done a fine job.

We had several proposals and all seemed to be very expensive and some were vague. I asked a friend for a referral and she indicated that Hennen Electric was great to work with and usually reasonable. When Steve Hennen came out to give us an estimate, he was like a breath of fresh air. He asked, "what would you like," rather than telling us what we needed. He understood we had a tight budget and he estimated service and products on only what we needed. He was prompt, finished the job on time and was within budget.
