FINAL GRADE INC

Final Grade returned to our home to replace a few plants that had not survived the winter. They were prompt and professional and performed the work without any issues. And the honored their original pricing - no additional charge for the follow-up. At the same time, we added to our landscaping, having Final Grade install edging. Great job!

They got at it as soon as was possible considering our crappy spring weather. Great down to earth people to work with. All the work was completed in one day, and was done just as I wanted. Based on the work they did for me, I would recommend them to anyone!

Went well. There was some damage to the existing asphalt that I had planned on leaving so the apron had to be enlarged. Price of the extra work was split. Had to remind them to pack the sidewalk area, but when I did they got right on it. They did me a "favor" of leaving a bunch of class 5 for paver base which turned out to be way too gravely so I had to remove it, but I consider that my fault as I didn't look at what they were offering me. Update: Over the winter the new concrete heaved causing there to be standing water in the garage which froze the garage door shut, caused some cracking, etc. Now I also see degradation of the asphalt where the two join together so I'll probably have to replace that in the future. I tried to contact Final Grade about the heaving last winter and got no response so I sent an email. Never heard from them. I doubt there is a solution at this point, but I wish I had never had the work done.

Final Grade does a wonderful job on home landscaping. We had them do a complete landscape on our new home in Chanhassen and they exceeded our expectations. Ron and Ryan are a pleasure to work with and made excellent recommendations for our landscape design. They are real professionals and do not cut corners. I would strongly recommend them if you want a landscape that is far beyond the typical job. Thank you Final Grade!

I THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB! THE PRICE WAS ONE OF THE BETTER ONES!!

WE HAD A HECK OF A TIME TRYING TO FIND AN EXCAVATOR THAT WOULD DO THE REQUIRED WORK FOR US. THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO EXCEL IN DIFFICULT PROJECTS AND WORK WITH BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY OWNERS. THEIR WORK WAS COMPLETE WITHIN ONE DAY - SEEMED PRETTY PRICEY FOR A DAY'S WORK, BUT I GUESS THE EQUIPMENT UPKEEP IS CONSIDERED QUITE EXPENSIVE.
