TOS (Eli and crew) removed an old railroad timber wall and replaced it with this beauty! Absolutely no regrets!! You won’t go wrong with TOS!!

We paid Outdoor Solutions to have our deck and a below deck screened in porch built only to have leakage occur down the support beams framed below the deck to the screened in porch every Spring, Summer, and Fall when it rains or snow melts since 2018. We’ve called and talked to owner, Jim Funk, on multiple occasions. We’ve told him we are interested in having him come out, that we are willing to pay him to get this figured out. Instead of taking responsibility for helping out us, his customer, he conveniently passes blame for the problem on his sub contractor who is no longer with his company. Jim refuses to come out and look at our issue. I gave him the courtesy of giving it one more try prior to posting about this and he still refuses to connect. Apparently he’s not concerned enough about doing what is right to avoid receiving a bad review. I’m not sure what company can afford a bad review over doing what’s right. He’s shown us a low level disregard while he superficially holds himself to a standard of being an upstanding and honest, Christian. Buyer beware of this company. They do not care about you once they receive payment from you. Hopefully this post will help someone else avoid the same or similar outcome we experienced.

Eli was very easy to work with. When they came back to backfill after the foundation was built, there was a large tree stump that was not fully removed by the tree company. They had to leave and a week later I had the stump removed. Eli had his crew back out to finish the grading for the new driveway with no questions asked, even though it meant another trip to our house. His machine operator, Josh, is amazing, I've never seen anyone operate large equipment in such a small space. Great company would definitely recommend to others!!!

Requested a basic quote in March. Six months later, never received a response.

Eli got in touch with me within one day and scheduled a time to come out and look at our projects that same day. He was friendly and professional. After hearing out our projects, he told us that they were booked pretty far out and that it would likely be a few months before the work could be scheduled. When he saw that the small excavation part of the job was the one thing holding us back from our DIY window well, he offered to get his sledgehammer and break up the concrete then and there. Which he did. It only took him about 10 minutes, but without the right tools that job would have taken us hours. He did not accept any payment. We are very grateful! Not sure that we will hire Total Outdoor Solutions since the timing may not be right, but I wanted to recommend them to others. Thank you, Eli!!!

Had a backyard project that I needed help with. Excavating the backyard for a patio, delivering rock and wash sand and installing posts. For the service, recommendations, price and final product, can't be beat. Eli was great to work with.

I called Eli and had him dig a 24 x 24 detached garage on my house. Everything went smoothly. From excavation to block and concrete everything went smoothly and after that he also put in a recycled driveway. Very pleased with the final grade and finished product. I will definitely be referring them and using them again in the future.
