Rum River Outdoor Services LLC

Description of Work: Rum River Outdoor Services was hired to rip rap 99 feet of our river bank. The work ran late into the season and needed to be finished in Spring 2017. Unfinished work included more boulders for the bank, removal of river rock from the lawn, clean up and repair of the lawn including black dirt and grass seed and filling of low spots. All damage was made by heavy equipment and unclean fill left in the yard. Mitch Jendro, owner, signed an agreement to insure he would come back and finish the work in exchange for the remaining money due for the project. Mitch came out in early Spring to review what needed to be completed. After many calls and emails we have had no response. As such we have started to finish the work ourselves, including weed kill due to unclean fill left in yard, raking and leveling of damaged yard and rock removal. New black dirt and grass seed or sod is needed plus remaining boulders to complete the job.

Description of Work: They do the lawn. They come every week.
