I spent 2.5 years with trying to work with them to fix reception problems we were having. Obviously does not know what he was doing.. No easy to get call backs with problems, also not very helpful. I finally gave up on him and called another company. The antenna was aimed in the wrong direction and he was over amplifying the signal. Quick to take your money, slow to solve a problem.

Sam was quick to respond to my request for a quote. He explained his process thoroughly. He showed up on time, finished on time and did the work promised in a professional manner. We are happy with our new antennae.

I was able to get the project scheduled within a few days. Installer gave me a call to confirm appointment and was able to start the project early. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a couple options for the install and highlighted how best to minimize the eyesore antenna. Cable routing was excellent and you can barely see the cables along the house. He made sure all TVs were working before he left.

He climbed on a 3 story house in 90 degree weather to put our Starlink Satelite Dish in the proper position for unobstructed service.
