Description of Work: I was called and offered a complimentary carpet cleaning - and that is just what I got. No high pressure. It took about 2 hours instead of the 60-90 minutes as they originally said - and the gentleman was about 10-15 minutes late. The demonstration was simply the carpet cleaning and it was actually interesting.
