Kim is a gifted upholsterer. I needed three very specific sized and shaped cushions to level off a bucket-seat sofa. The sofa was/is fine for sitting, but I wanted to lie down on it and needed three cushions designed to fit the three seats. Kim had many kinds of leather and fabrics from which to choose and offered them in a no pressure manner. My only regret is that it took a long time to get them because they were a "small order" relatively speaking, and Kim worked them in when she could between her larger orders. Kim does beautiful work and the cushions fit the sofa just the way I hoped they would.

All items turned out beautifully, I am very happy with them. The only problem I had was the length of time it took.

Where you could see where everyone sat, on the arm of the chair and the foot rail, they shined it up. I wanted the same nails put in the chair that was already on most of the chair. They just did a fabulous job. It was absolutely beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kim was very helpful listening to my wishes for type of fabric and colors. She showed me many options. Once fabric was selected, she gave me good estimates of when to expect the work would be done and informed me of one delay. The reupholstery work is beautiful, the chair looks like brand new.

I'm still getting compliments on the chair. If they only saw it BEFORE Kim got her hands on it. The quote was reasonable and she delivered it on time and on budget.

She took the chair and cleaned it up and redid the seat. She was very nice and courteous, kept me in loop on how it was coming. She took pictures before and after.
