They were very friendly and professional.

I called late in the season with not much time left before it snowed. They came out within a few days and completed the work.

I had gutter toppers put on the North side of my house. I picked Bjorkstrand Exteriors after receiving three quotes. It took four weeks before they came out after my down payment. They came out and had it done before I came home from work. Everything was cleaned up. I look forward to not cleaning out pine needles and leaves twice a year. This spring and summer I will observe how the Gutter Topper works when some heavy rains come in 2014.

Installed gutter topper. They were very late in contacting me to install the gutter topper.

I bought deal to have gutters cleaned and topper installed. Provider came out to give estimate and noted he could not guarentee service to be completed this year, but may have to wait until spring of 2014. I need it done ASAP to prevent ice damming.

I contracted the work to be done at my brothers house..This is a very good company that stands behind their senior discount and every thing else they said. We are exceptionally pleased and recommend to anyone wanting to be rid of climbing the ladder every fall.

This company is great! Linn Cook, their estimator/salesperson really took the time to tell me about their company. Lots of long time employees. In a very polished way he also communicated that he's comfortable communicating on diversity issues when he is in people's homes. His crew communicated very consistently, had gotten all the info they needed from Linn to get the job done exactly as I had requested -- and a week earlier than expected! Know fall is a busy time of year for them, so that was really impressive. I'm planning on hiring them again in the future.

The contractor was, in every respect, VERY professional and responsible. We need a fairly short gutter with a downspout installed, and Bjorkstrand's bid was similar to other bidders, but their attention to detail and responsiveness was superior. During the installation, unfortunately, a motion detection flood light fixture was broken. Within 48 hours Bjorkstrand replaced the broken light fixture. We were VERY impressed with this action and the timely manner in which it was accomplished. Given the project was of very modest amount ($600.00 or so), the cost of replacement certainly removed a fair amount of their profit, and they did so without complaint or delay We STRONGLY RECOMMEND this contractor to any and all who are considering gutter work or any other work this contractor performs. They are the best!!!

The gutters look great and are well installed. The color matches very well with house. Done timely and proffesionally.

Unfortunate and disappointed that the total cost of the service was nearly $100.00 more than the price paid for the Angie's List promo. Also, would like to seen an estimate or suggestion for recurring ice dam issue.

First, the co-owner came by the house to assess the length of the gutters. He gave me a quote for the additional length, and I was happy with the price he gave me. He scheduled the actual installing 6 weeks out b/c they were fully booked. They came 4 weeks later (so, less than 6) to install it. The crew chief explained what they would do, and they got to work. The whole thing took 1.5 hours, and I barely noticed they were there. The crew chief answered all the questions I had.

We were contacted shortly after purchasing the Angie's List Big Deal for Gutter Topper, and we were contacted shortly thereafter to set up a time. The came out within a week and cleaned our gutters right up. They were very efficient.

Linn arrived on time and was very informative. He looked at our current gutters and suggested that, except for some minor re-adjustment/pitch problems, the current gutters were in good shape, and a gutter cap would do exactly what we wanted it to do. He also pointed out some potential roofing problems that could impact gutter enhancements and suggested we contact someone with that expertise. We did, and, unfortunately for Linn, we decided to hold off on gutter covers and repitching untll the roof problems could be addressed (when the entire roof was redone). We much appreciated his comments and suggestiions, and definitely will call him again.

I found out about this place through one of Angie's List Deals and scheduled an appointment. Two guys arrived on time. They had a ladder with the attachment that didn't mar the siding and didn't lean on the gutter. One guy scampered up on the roof with what looked like a blower and put it over the top of the downspout.. The other guy was below checking if the air got through. They unplugged both of the downspouts on my half of a a two story twin home. They seemed to do a good job and it didn't take them long. I'd use them again.

The service was good. The work that they did was fine.

Came out and cleaned the gutters sooner than he had estimated. Cleaned everything up -- no trace that he had been there except clean gutters!

Everything from the sales call to the work to the cleanup was courteous and professional. I'm waiting for some rain so that I can see my gutter toppers in action.

They were here when they said they would and promptly went to work. So I would say it went very well. Thanks a lot.

They made an error in hanging the gutters, but they did come back the following Spring to correct the problem. I'm happy with the end result.

Mark and his team are great. They also sell and install the best gutter system you can buy.

It turned out very well. They gave me numbers of fee in the deal and anything extra they charged me for it. I have no reason to think it wasn't an honest job. I wasn't there so I didn't meet them face to face but I was happy with it.

We were not home during the process but came home to gutter guards that seem to work real. well.
