Bjorkstrand Exteriors was great to work with from the estimating to the completion of the project. They understood what I needed. The crew was great to work with. Knew what had to be done, good work ethic, respectful of property. Would hire them anytime.

Promptly came to the our house in the evening to provide a quote for gutter guards. After looking over our gutters he recommended they all be replaced. He took time to explain what they would do and why. He was even spot on with the color match of the new gutters our just from taking one look! That was enough for me to hire them that day. Due to the fact gutter guards are a little bit more expensive than replacing the gutters themselves we did not install them everywhere. Instead we added them to the one section of the house that is difficult to access from a ladder. They discounted the cost a little more than our initial conversation which almost never happens. About 6 weeks later I received a voicemail saying they had a cancellation and would put that day. Got home and gutters were done. They were much larger than what they took down and the quality is great. I highly recommend their services. Very professional and extremely easy to work with. Price was very fair as well.

I needed brand new gutters for the whole house. Mark Bjorkstrand and his team were prompt, attentive, professional, and installed quality product. When I asked for an estimate, Mark came and guided me through the entire process, formulated the best approach to reroute and recommended tip-ups to ensure we had access to our home pathway. He spelled out everything, which was extraordinarily helpful to this first time homeowner. Mark was very responsive and communicative, and his team delivered. My wife was impressed with their work and I must say the gutters look fantastic.

Gutter Topper & Bjorkstrand Exteriors Inc did an excellent job. They went above and beyond expectations. The consulted with my stucco installation people to make sure the two projects were coordinated. Arrived when they said they would, finished the job in less than a day and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. I asked them to leave the removed old gutters for my to recycle and they performed exactly as I requested. I highly commend them for a job well done in all aspects.

This is the second time I have worked with this company and have been 100% satisfied both times. They stick to their quote and honor their timeline. Information and choices are clearly presented and their workmanship is outstanding! We love our new gutters and they work great!

The original gutter and downspout installer, plus one or two other companies tried to correct this problem but were unable to improve the overflow problem. Bjorkstrands inspected the problem and formulated a corrective action, which they implemented successfully.

Everyone at Bjorkstrand (Mark, Erin, Jamie, and Jesse) did a great job. Very knowledgeable, competent, customer-oriented, friendly. Clean-up site and came right back to resolve a couple of minor adjustments. We are satisfied and highly recommend Bjorkstrand.

Mark came quickly to provide an estimate, and because we had several other projects coming together in the back of the house, we needed the gutter work to be performed first. Jesse scheduled us into an already tight timeframe to insure that things were done on our schedule. He called in advance to let us know when we were slated, then Chris and Darien performed the work right on time. Excellent!

It went well. They removed the old and installed the new. They cleaned up during and after themselves. The work looks great and in the spring we'll find out if they work, when the rain starts again.

Mark Bjorkstrand and his team were great! Family owned local company and they know what they are doing and care about their customers. They came and discussed the options with me and were respectful of my budget and helped me with color choices. They came back a few weeks later and did the install and the install team was very professional and very nice to work with. I think overall the product is very good quality and has worked flawlessly since it was installed.

Very well and cost less than the estimate

It went really well, with a bit of humor. The service person that came to do the install, actually had started replacing the wrong side. I told him it looked great but was on the wrong side. In his defense the diagram was a bit hard to read (sorry, Mark (-:). He put my old gutter back up, probably better than it was and got the correct side replaced. It looks great!

Working with this Mark and the company was a pleasure from beginning to end. Communication was prompt and clear and they were willing to coordinate with another company which went seamlessly. The work was top notch.

Work was high quality and the company was very responsive in general. Only complaints were that they called the night before to set up the work rather than giving us any advance notice and the work was not completed exactly as agreed upon, but the response to fix the issue was immediate (faster than I could have even hoped). Very satisfied overall.
