IT'S A FAMILY TRADITION: From Great-Grandpa Walter in the 1930's - 50's to Grandpa Carl in the 60's - 80's to Mark & Jesse Bjorkstrand from the 70's to today; the Bjorkstrands' have been servicing local residents with their water management needs. Our customers find trust and confidence in knowing that we didn't learn how to install gutters & downspouts & gutter covers by reading a book or researching the internet, or because we had nothing else to do. 6 employees. Some projects are more complicated than others therefore additional charges may be necessary according to the 'fine print' mentioned in the offer. Description of Work: I KNOW THE REVIEW IS CONFUSING. HAD AROUND 40' OF GUTTERS AT BACK OF HOUSE. SCHEDULING,RESPONSIVENESS,PUNCTUALITY...ALL NO PROBLEM. MY WIFE WAS HOME AND SAID THEY SHOWED UP SET UP LADDERS AND WERE GONE IN 15 MINS. OK. COULD HAPPEN. BUT...WE HAD CLOGGED, OVERFLOWING GUTTERS LESS THAN 4 WEEKS LATER. HAVE NOT GOTTEN UP ON MY ICY DECK WITH LADDER TO INSPECT....THUS MY MIDDLE OF THE ROAD REVIEW.

Well I know I am confused. We received an email from [member name removed] on 10-11-12 asking if we could clean the gutters the week of 10-16-12. (We actually cleaned them on 10-24-12). Most trees are still shedding leaves in October so the gutters probably got clogged again. I wish Vincent would have called to let us know as we could have figured out why it happened last year.
