I found this company to be helpful and prompt. They offered a good estimate and discount. They also did another part of my home that I had requested for free. They were also much more affordable than others I have dealt with. They are a great company and am happy to continue doing business with them.

The experience went very well. The company is extremely professional and their product is of the highest quality. I had gotten two lower bids for gutters, but decided to go with this company due to the quality of the gutters and toppers. I'm very happy with the look and functionaly of the gutters. Now all I need is RAIN.

They were very easy to deal with. They did half the work and returned after 3 or 4 days and finished the job. The quality of the work was good.

Based on the excellent service Jesse provided when he installed Gutter Toppers in November 2006, when hail damaged my aluminum siding I immediately called Mark Bjorkstrand for an estimate. Mark quickly assessed the damage and came up with the estimate to replace the siding as well as the Gutter Toppers. He also worked with my insurance company to get the claim paid. And, I cannot praise Jesse enough for the excellent job he did on our house. It looks fab-u-lous! Once again, I highly recommend this company.

I just moved into a newer house recently and noticed the house did not have any type of gutter topper system. I did not want to start climbing on the roof each year and risk falling off the ladder or spend the money each year and hire a gutter cleaning contractor that may or may not have workers compensation, so I visited Angie's and invited a number of contractors to present their system. Most of the systems looked very good, but after a careful analysis, I felt the Gutter Topper was the best choice and now that the job is completed, I feel very good about the purchase. The owner of the company, Mark Bjorkstrand ,was extremely knowledgable not only about his product, but about what the competition offers and he educated me on how to make a wise choice in selecting the right system for the house. He was not pushy, but very friendly, (they all were) and very experienced. I received a number of bids and the bid from Bjorkstrand Exteriors was not the lowest bid, but then I wasn't looking for the cheapest. I wanted something that was SUPERIOR to the others and would last me for a long time and the warranty on this products was stronger than the competition which gave me extra peace of mind. In the long run, I know it makes much more sense to buy quality vs. making a decision solely based on price, and this philosphy has served me well. I selected the charcoal gray toper and it matches pefectly and adds so much curb appeal. The roof is extremely high and there are dozens of trees in the yard and I did not wanted to make sure that I did not have leaves and debris clogging up my gutters because I know from personal experience from my previous house that clogged gutters and it caused water damage and a lot of problems inside the house. I have been there and done that and now realize this is a must. Jesse and his crew came out and installed the system in one day and cleaned up the yard perfectly and not only am I protected, but the added benefit of these matching gutter system make the roof line look very finished and truly enhances the look of the house. They also replaced a broken downspout in my inground drain system at no additonal charge. A very positive experience and I would hire this firm with confidence.

I paid 1800.00 for just the toppers to be placed. No new gutters were installed. The toppers do not keep out leaves or especially pine needles. One side of my home is 2 stories tall, that side is clogged with leaves, I cannot get up there to clean the gutters. Another side of the home has tall pine trees, I have to clean out the pine needles about once a month, they clog up the gutter and the topper. They guaranteed me the gutters would be free of leaves or they would come and clean them, they did come once and clean them, the next time I called their number was changed and I was told they were out of business. I see they have resurfaced again. I have not been happy at all with the gutter topper.

Excellent! I only wanted the gutters cleaned, and didn't want to purchase the additional Gutter Topper equipment. They responded to my request immediately, came when I asked, and not once did they try to "up sell" me to installing the additional equipment. Also, they cleaned up after themselves. No "gutter waste" sitting around my yard. It was fantastic! GutterTopper did a great job, would definitely recommend them.

It went well. Mark Bjorkstrand gave a knowlegeable presentation to show the advantages of the Gutter Topper. The installation of gutters was done in one day and the installation of Gutter Topper was done in one day. Clean up of area was done.

I would like to commend Mark for the professionalism he exhibited during my free estimate. He never attempted any high pressure sales tactics rather he simply informed me on the benefits of Gutter Topper. I was also very pleased with the installation and clean-up. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in not having to clean their gutters any more.

They were prompt and responsive to my concerns about water in my basement and garage. I had just the gutters put on, but I would definitely call them to put the toppers on in the future.

Mark Bjorkstrand estimated and sold the job. I appreciated his genial, straightforward approach. There was none of the ''And-if-you-sign-right-now-we-have-a-one-day-only-discount.'' nonsense. He was knowledgeable and informative. We signed July 20th and the job was executed on August 17th. The three workers were polite and quick, finishing within 2 or 3 hours. My only quibbles, and they were minor, were one ladders placement (pushing up some shingle edges) and a hastily rigged and rather strange-looking diverter. But the shingles were not damaged, and Jesse, the coordinator and field supervisor, was extremely pleasant and responsive, addressing the diverter issue immediately. This is a very good company to deal with and they did a fine job.

Price of product and install was $10,160.00 ($3,360 higher than the company I went with) for replacing about 230 linear feet of leaf protective gutters, soffits and fascia.

HE ARRIVED WITHOUT A LADDER, TO CLIMB UP AND LOOK AT THE GUTTERS. HE ASKED DID I HAVE A LADDER OR STEP STOOL FOR HIM TO GET UP THERE AND LOOK AT THE GUTTERS. I WAS DISAPPOINTED AFTER READING HOW GREAT THE SERVICE AND PRICES WERE WITH THIS COMPANY. HE KNEW AHEAD OF TIME WHAT HE WAS COMING TO DO. HE ALSO HAD A TRUCK WITH THE CAPACITY TO PUT A LADDER ON IT. I THOUGHT THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE. HE THEN GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON CLEANING AND REPAIRING A PART OF THE GUTTER THAT DID NEED REPAIRING. I CALLED AROUND TO GET OTHER ESTIMATES FOR CLEANING THE GUTTERS. NO, I HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE PROJECT, BUT WILL TRY TO FIND OTHERS WITH REASONABLE RATES.

I'VE USED THEM IN THE PAST, AND THEY DID A FINE JOB. I'M VERY GLAD TO HAVE HAD THEM COME OUT. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE DURING THEIR ESTIMATES. THEY WERE FAMILIAR WITH THE PRODUCT, AS OPPOSED TO JUST SALESMEN. I WAS VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR PRICING.

WE HAD ESTIMATES FROM FOUR OTHER COMPANIES AND MARK WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT SPENT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME EXPLAINING AND SHOWING THE PRODUCT TO US. WE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WOULD BE INSTALLING. THE WORKERS WERE PUNCTUAL AND COURTEOUS. WE ASKED THEM TO BE CAREFUL BECAUSE WE HAD A NEW ALUMINUM DECK AND DIDN'T WANT ANYTHING TO HAPPEN TO IT. THEY LAID CARDBOARD DOWN UNDER THE LADDER WHEN THEY HAD TO USE THEM ON THE DECK. THEY FINISHED THE PROJECT IN ONE DAY AND DID A FABULOUS JOB CLEANING UP.

THEY DID INSTALL GUTTERS ON ONE PART OF OUR ROOF THAT DID NOT HAVE EXISTING GUTTERS, IT ALL LOOKS REAL GOOD.

ESTIMATE WAS DONE WHILE I WAS AT WORK. ESTIMATE INCLUDED REMOVING 2 DOWNSPOUT AND USING THE NORMAL SIZED DOWNSPOUTS. EVEN THOUGH I THOUGHT I WOULD NEED THE BIGGER SIZE. APPRECIATED THE HONESTY. HAD WORK DONE ACCORDING TO SUGGESTION FROM GUTTER TOPPER. INSTALL WAS EXCELLENT, LOOKED REALLY GOOD AND GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS EVIDENT. NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR HAS ANOTHER POPULAR PRODUCT INSTALLED. THIS SYSTEM LOOKS WAY BETTER. PRODUCT WORKS EXCELLENT, FIRST TIME A BIG RAIN HAS NOT OVERRUN THE GUTTERS. I HAVE SEVERAL TREES OVER THE HOUSE. TOPPER PRODUCT HAS WORKED FLAWLESS FOR 1 YEAR. I NORMALLY HAD TO CLEAN GUTTERS 3 TO 4 TIMES A YEAR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND PRODUCT. PRICE WAS JUST A LITTLE MORE THAN A GUTTER ONLY JOB BID FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.

THE PRICE IS FOR 140 LINEAR FEET OF GUTTER COVERING. TOP NOTCH, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

WE LOVE OUR NEW GUTTER TOPPERS! WE WERE TIRED OF CLEANING OUT THE GUTTERS TWICE A YEAR. THIS PRODUCT KEEPS DEBRIS OUT AND LOOKS GREAT ON OUR VINTAGE HOUSE! THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WHEN IT RAINS WE NO LONGER GET WATER IN THE BASEMENT OR MUD ROOM.
